HDB Financial Services — I am being harassed by hdfs over the phone. | |||
I have taken a fridge from khosla electronics on 15/05/2018 which has been financed by you. I had provided a cheque num: 666357. Which was cleared on 11/7/18. However the next ecs failed due to carelessness from your end. The man date form has not been sent to canara bank. I am receiving calls from your call center at mumbai. The agents do not know how to talk to people and are utterly mannerless. They do not care to study the case. I am unwilling to pay via chq or cash as it will be problamatic for me to do it on regular basis. Please make sure the mandate is sent and the ecs is activated. Was this information helpful? | |||
