HDFC Bank — Account access restrictions: Urgent: Your HDFC Account - Address change notification undelivered

Recently I had changed my HDFC Bank Credit card communication address. HDFC Bank Credit card communication address has been changed successfully. After then I collected my renewed HDFC Bank Credit card from nearest HDFC Bank (Electronic City Phase-2) branch. After then I received an e-mail from HDFC Bank ([protected]@hdfcbank.net) with subject: Urgent: Your HDFC Account - Address change notification undelivered. After receiving this e-mail from HDFC Bank, I could not access funds from my HDFC Bank account.
