HDFC Bank — Account blocked due to address change letter undelivered (I did not change it)

I couldn't pay for food. It's a weekend and I am in a different city. I am stranded.

For reasons I don't know, HDFC has blocked my account today (Oct 15 2022) at 8ish PM (Saturday).

I got an SMS saying address change letter is undelivered please visit the nearest branch to avoid account block. I did not even request an address change!

There are so many problems with HDFC
1. HDFC is 100% unavailable via customer care. There is no human to talk with at 8 pm. Why? What sort of a cheap bank are you that you can't afford 24/7 human customer service?
2. RMs ignore messages.
3. There is no notification in netbanking about this.

It's Sunday tomorrow and I am quite sure HDFC will be unresponsive. RM and BM will both ignore the problem. My branch is closed on Sundays. So this means I am going to effectively be without any bank connectivity for 48+ hours. And this is going to cause a lot of problems.

HDFC, how will you compensate me for any issue arising from your error?

I suspect HDFC has made an administrative error regarding my credit card delivery and that has triggered an automatic account block.

HDFC needs to do the following:
1. Immediately call me to tell me what is happening.
2. Unblock my account.
