I am Saswat Kumar Panda, my debit has been blocked without any reason, more over i didn't get any intimation, message, form bank or courier department and form three days asking unblocked the debit card but till now my account has been not activated and they are not even taken any action on this. While you are blocking don't you have any responsibility to intimate the customer or else any message. While opening an account you people address everything from customer. One of the worst service form hdfc bank. Review the issue and resolve as soon as possible

My account status is blocked from December 1, 2022. I am unable to do any transaction (send/receive).
Due to which I’m in a big problem, I’ve multiple emi’s including home loan which I was supposed to pay before Dec 5. The daily interest rate is getting added.
I applied for address change through NetBanking on Dec 5. I received the CPV on Dec 9 but still my account status is blocked.
I visited the nearest branch multiple times but haven’t got any resolution yet. I can’t wait for even a single day. Your support staff is giving me random reasons and asking me to wait for 48 hours. Sometimes they ask to wait for 24 hrs, sometimes they say to wait for a week. I have waited enough it has been 12 days now, I can’t afford any delay.
