[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — account blocked for re kyc — not able to use my money very frustrating..

My account has been blocked. I have visited the hdfc bank (Rk puram, hyd) and they don't have proper information on how to do re-kyc for huf.
This made my entire day wast visiting the bank and still the issue is not solved. The staff is knowledge less.
I have updated the required documents online now. Please unblock my account asap as there are cheques given for payment and submission of this is creating a issue now from them.
This is not the way to harass the customers for the rekyc. Are we involved in antisocial activities.. To block our accounts like this...
This is very frustrating... And would like to close my account with this type of service.

I am trying to pay my bills through https://www.payumoney.com/ via HDFC netbanking. But I am not receiving the OTP from HDFC. I am facing this issue very frequently. It's frustrating me.
I am trying to login using netbanking but old password is not working but i am not getting otp to generate new password.My number is working and i am able to receive other messages.I am trying to login from 3-4 days.I am not receiving any email as well which i usually receive.What to do? No solution.
Bank has deducted amount like 3767567-EMI RTN Charges-September 181117-MIR[protected] MIR[protected] 04 Dec 2017 236.00 like this bank done three time in a single day. can any one tell whats is this?

I just changed my current address by visiting the nearest HDFC branch and after that they sent me a confidential letter which i failed to receive as i was in office that time. After some days they blocked my account and i've been visiting every HDFC branch here since then to help unblocking my account as am unable to make any kind of transactions because of this.Today the bank CCE asked me to fillup a form to unblock the locked account to remove the restrictions. Its been more than 24 hours and am still unable to receive or send money in my account. THIS IS JUST RIDICULOUS & AM FRUSTRATED AS HELL. The Customer care executive on hdfc toll free number keep asking me to clear the pending kyc, i mean the bank staff says there's no pending kyc left for me to fill at all. IDK what's wrong with the HDFC Customer service. It's been more than a week and my salary is on hold due to this issue.
