I am a hdfc bank debit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1899/- from my debit card number ending with 9191 without my concern on date:27/11/2017. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1899/-

I had a salary account from hdfc bank since 2011. I moved from that company to banglore from 2011 itself. Now the hdfc account is converted into salary account to savings account (Negative charges) without any proper information through sms/email. I do check with the support services they are stating that we have the rules to convert without the information of the customers.

My loan amount of rs 2500000 was never disbursed due to conflict between the bank and the real estate builder. Though i met all the eligibility criteria and the verification of my rented residence was also successfully completed i see no reason for rejection of my application.

The rejection affects my cibil score adversely and i demand an explanation from hdfc bank. I have previously held credit cards from sbi as well and my cibil score is 816.

I wish to bring to everyone notice about unfair business practice from hdfc bank credit card team. I tried to resolve it through customer service and escalation mechanism. Trust me, no one is helping even for genuine request.

Without any consent from card holder, hdfc deducted money for plan activation.

I did not get any call to renewal/activate this one assist membership. But the one assist mfee of rs.1399 is automatically debited from my hdfc credit card (Ended with 1399) on 2-nov 17. Also, on 22-nov 17 one credit entry is shown as dial an emi (Smart emi) of rs.1399.

Plz refund my money and deactivate this one assist membership..br...

I worked with HDFC in September 2016 to September 2017 . I want to withdraw my pf but because of EPS from I'm still not able to withdraw ... I tried many times for help in branch (Shankar Nagar branch code 2496 Chhattisgarh raipur) with supporting staff but they are continuously ignoring me. If you can help then plz solve this issue .

My statement balance was near about 6000 on october when i paid 4000 to the credit card, that too via hdfc netbanking. But on november the statement balance is showing 7000. Why the wrong charges? Why the wrong statement balance. And with that comes the mental harassment of the call center workers! You want me to lodge a complaint or what? I, selim yusuf rahaman, am a credit card holder of hdfc bank. I have already paid membership fee rs. 575/- on 15th march, 2017. Again rs. 590/- on 15th nov, 2017 is debited from credit card for renewal membership fee. I complained customer care to solve my problem, but they did not refund my money. One assist team deducted rs1299 from my hdfc creditcard without intimation and they converted into emi also. When i given for request for cancellation they are telling to me that we will not able to refund ur total money which is deducted. Hi team,

I have observed for my credit card has charges applied like 500/- as credit card renewal membership charges of 500 and igst 90 rupees. Above to this as this lead to over usage of credit card limit charged 500/- overlimit usage and 90/- more to it.
