[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Account blocked without any prior information/intimation | |
Hi team, I'm a customer of HDFC Bank. My bank account is blocked due to some KYC updation issues, and most importantly, they have not informed me about the same. I got to know about this when I didn't receive Feb month's salary from the company in which I work. I contacted the bank and also submitted the required documents to complete the KYC process and to unblock my account but it has already been around 72 hours and there is no communication from the bank via mail/text. What is taking them so long to unblock my account? I request you to please unblock my account again as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |
