[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — Account blocked without any prior information/intimation

Hi team,
I'm a customer of HDFC Bank. My bank account is blocked due to some KYC updation issues, and most importantly, they have not informed me about the same. I got to know about this when I didn't receive Feb month's salary from the company in which I work. I contacted the bank and also submitted the required documents to complete the KYC process and to unblock my account but it has already been around 72 hours and there is no communication from the bank via mail/text. What is taking them so long to unblock my account?
I request you to please unblock my account again as soon as possible.

Iam a Sr. Doctor. I was involved in treating Covid patients admitted in my dept last year from end of March to May 2019. I was paid half of my salary during this period. After this my hospital was taken over by Govt and converted into a Covid Hospital. Result being that I lost my job. I started working fully only from December owards and got my first full salary in February. There were some irregularitie in me paying my dues. Infact Ihave a ergo policy and requested HDFC to release it to settle my dues but they wouldnt as it is in locked in period which is uptil next year. HDFC has now put my salary account on hold without my knowledge. Iam unable to pay my other hdfc usual emi s and there is no money for daily expenses too. I have settled the dues as per the Bank's advice and humbly request the bank to release my savings account immediately. We were called warriors fighting Corona but have been imprisoned by HDFC.
