[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — Account in negative and no one is responding

Hi All,

Here is what the thing is,

I have an account with HDFC bank (Hyderabad) i opened it in the month of September when i joined AGS health Private Limited ([protected]) And this account all of a sudden went in to negative balance 3 days ago and there was a cheque of 15000 rupees was deposited in to the same account and that go deducted and the current balance of the account is 107801.94 rupees.

So i had to call the customer service and talk regarding this as this is my salary account and i have transacting with this account since few months and also i need my 15 thousand back, cutomer told me that i had taken a credit card from HDFC BANK in the past and told me to contact Begumpet banch (Credit department 5th floor)

I rushed to the bank and had to contact and few members as they were not able to pull any information, Finally once officer gave me AAN# [protected] and told me to contact [protected] (Rama krishna HDFC manager & [protected] Credit card manager Vizag)

When i called these guys they are stating that i had taken a credit from vizag branch and it says that the name and date of birth are same but the PAN number is different (He was telling possibility is thier some nigerian cases will happen that is what i heard from the manager) and not responding to the query properly.

But at this moment what i can tell you guys is that i am a resident in Hyderabad city since many years and i didnt get any opputunity to work in Vizag, I have no idea how can somebody take Credit card and use it, Could you guys please look in to it At the earliest and do the need full.

All i can say is that i can walk to the nearest police station and can complaint against HDFC bank, but before that i need to talk to anyone of you guys please call me in case you guys have to reach me out for any clarifications, ([protected]) Please try to understand that the account is in negative balance & i am not able to use the account or do any transactions. Also my 15000 is also in lien balance please do some investigation on this and release my account
