With due respect I sunita shaw a customer of HDFC BANK at parkcircus branch while transaction I know that my account has been blocked after seeing this I visit bank after reaching there I heard that my account has been blocked due to unknown fraud transaction done in my account. THE BRANCH MANAGER received an email from NIMTA POLICE STATION TO freeze my account. after that I visit POLICE STATION and talk to the cyber cell department and he told me that in your account you had received fraud transaction so the mail to freeze the account. I declear that I am not doing the fraud transation and giving my details to the department and also provide the sender details sender screenshot and his details.
Now my account is hold from more than 11 days and I am not able to do a single transaction from my account.
I appeal also to the department of cyber cell and the HDFC BANK they are negleting me both of them, only from the cyber cell deoartment told me to pay/return the amount which in your account received.
I know my account has been received an unknown fraud transaction but I am not doing fraud I received the amount by selling the groceries product with my har work and now I am not able to use my account.
For middle class catergory it is too dificult to stand in this situation and it is too big amount to pay, as I am not doing any fraud transaction so I am not liable to pay this amount.
