minimum balance maintenance charge

Address: Ashok nagar, Kandivali East, Mumbai

I had a Salary account in HDFC they changed it to savings account and now they are asking me to pay ₹2500+ for not maintaining minimum balance which is ₹10000. I don’t earn that much to maintain such amount or pay maintenance charges....

ach debit return charges

I have visited the branch to check on why is hdfc charging debit return charges for my account when m paying my loan amount from amazon pay later on time. The branch staff had confirmed me that the charges are from amazpn pay later side. Deduction of minimum balance

This is Aishwarya Patil. I was having my salary account in HDFC bank. Later it was converted to savings account which I was not aware of. I transferred 11000 to my account but bank has deducted minimum charges of 6140 rupees in a single day without any intimation. We visited the base branch (HDFC bank Shivanagar branch Bangalore) requesting to reverse the minimum charges by stating we were not aware of this. But there is no proper response...

Ordered an item from vendor Taneira (Order ID: T[protected] which was returned and as per vendor they have issued the refund on 20th March 2024. Despite multiple attempts talking to the bank and the vendor, I haven't received my refund. Refund amount is 2499. Kindly look into the matter.
HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

I went to my home branch and submitted my KYC application, it has been almost 3 months and till now there has been no response; my KYC is showing as pending and I am facing a lot of problem in doing account transactions, hence I request you that either you get my KYC activated as soon as possible or get my account closed so that I can start my transactions from another bank....

    Over AMB charges

    Continuous calls and email for services

    Getting almost five calls a day from random mobile numbers and my RM lead is saying that they can't do anything for mobile numbers as those people are not the employee of HDFC bank. But when we ask they say that they are the employee of HDFC bank and can provide all types of loan.
    I have raised a complain in April 2024 and no resolution is taken by Mr. Ritesh Waghmare (ritesh.[protected]@hdfcbank.com). Not only calls, received 15-16...

    OFFUS emi , despite already paying the full amount!!

    I purchased a speaker worth 15580 from an e-commerce store & paid it with my credit card, as it had offers. After that I paid the outstanding amount in full full !

    But, still I was charged with an OFFUSS-EMI !!

    I demand a refund of the installments debited & the OFFUS loan cancelled....

    Complaint regarding emi conversion feature unavailability

    I have been using my HDFC credit card for the past 5 years, yet I have never been able to access the EMI conversion feature. Every time I attempt to convert a transaction into EMI, the system indicates that the feature is unavailable.

    This is a stated benefit of the card, and despite multiple attempts, I have received no resolution or proper explanation for this issue.

    I kindly request clarification on the reason...

    AMB charges

    I had an salary account with HDFC Bank Panchkula Branch.
    I left the company and moved back to my home town. I visited the local branch here in Himachal to close the account which they said that I had to visit the Panchkula branch. I could not travel down to Panchkula.
    Now the bank had charged me 4000 rs as they converted the zero balance account into salary account and there was no intimation or acknowledgement from my side.br...

    Transaction reversed but amount not credited

    Transaction of Rs. 6080 was reversed on my debit card on[protected]:19:37:32.

    But till now i.e.[protected]:01:04:18 amount has not been credited.

    Message received from HDFC Bank:

    "Transaction Reversed!On HDFC Bank DEBIT/ATM Card xx3144 Amt: Rs.6080 By MAKEMYTR9875011 On[protected]:19:37:32"
