[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Account/Netbanking locked without invalid attempt | |
I have tried to login to my HDFC net banking portal, but without even entering the wrong password, the portal says account got locked out. when I tried to call customer service, they have responded saying visit the branch, when I have visited Kukatpally branch even they don't have any clue as to why the net banking account was locked.
