I hv an account bearing no. [protected] linked with my phone no. [protected] associated with hdfc under haryana police state govt plan.
Dear sir
Hdfc bank has deducted ach debit charges in my account without any prior information. I am not aware why this amount was deducted. I was deducted amount of ₹590 from my account. This is happening for 10 time in a line, which was 1 months ago i was deducted with ₹590/- and i have only noticed it later.

The bank people are not responding i have tried calling them and i have also mailed them regarding this issue.

It would be helpful if i get my money back.

Dear Customer,

We have checked our records and confirm that the charges levied to your account pertain to ACH debit return. In terms of Clearing guidelines, issued by RBI, the clear fund's balance available in the account at the beginning of the day would be considered for the purpose of ACH(s) received in the clearing. We note that in your said account, the clear fund's balance at the time of presentation of the said ACH(s), was not sufficient to cover the ACH(s) received in the clearing. Therefore the ACH(s) was returned due to insufficient funds and the corresponding charges for ACH(s) dishonor were levied to your account. Kindly note that these charges attract GST as applicable. We advise you to maintain sufficient clear funds balance in the account in the future, at the time of issuance of the ACH(s), to avoid the ACH(s) return charges being levied to your account.

I applied for the credit card on 1-July 2019 and have not yet received the credit card. The status on the website says the approved. I tried reaching out on their ivr as well but they are all automated. Please look into it.
Cancellation of One Assist Membership
I am a HDFC bank credit card holder . The bank has auto debited Rs. 1399/- from my credit card number ending with 1263without my concern on date:20/07/2019. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of Rs.1399/-
