Dear sir,
I really have a very worst experience with hdfc bank while closure of my saving bank account in the name of ramatenki venu, as my home branch in nigidi, pune, and i filed combined account closing form at dhanori, pune branch and hand over to executive athif, he told me to leave rs 110. My account is not closed and i asked athif, dhanori branch, pune couple of times he said he will take care of it but, still after 1 week i am getting msgs of negative balance on my account and mobile, nothing facility was closed on the account. Plz if this site help me out in this so plz help me in this matter, i really want that rbi should take some step against such situation that come in front of the customer
