My name is Jenin PM. I was an employee of HDFC Bank Kulathumuzhy microfinance loan section. My employee code was 92874. I need to withdraw my PF. But I don't get my PF account number. Because my PF account is under control of trust. How can I get my PF account number or PF amount? Can I apply online for PF withdrawal?

    This is 2nd time happend, your people only can call, and offer me like you are eligible for credit card, & complete all the formalities to provide regalia credit card, finally, they send link to me track your application status, it shown status a progress, later that it showing decline status, what is this? Are you peoples playing with customers? Please dont entertine like this way, really its disappointed twice.

      I opened my bank account at hdfc through my organization. After providing all the supporting documents (Including verification producing original) my credit arrived with wrong spelling of my name.
      All the 4 verification calls was also answered and customer care now guides me a nonsense way to resolving it by writing a letter.
      The mistake is from bank side, i expect bank to approach for the same or provide any alternate process at my convenience or else i'll just break the card and throw it away.

        I had made a payment on myntra which was then cancelled and returned by myntra successfully. Evident bellow in the message i received from hdfc
        Ur transaction on hdfc bank debit/atm card ending xxxx for rs. 2194.08 has been credited/reversed by myntra90914 on[protected]:14:48:20

        The money has yet not been returned. This is the second time i am facing such an issue.

            Today i am regrating to have account with hdfc bank. Your service is more than pathetic to any government bank. I am sorry but i write what i felt. I am trying to change my credit card address from last more than month but no resolution is given by till now.

            I have raised a request for my credit card address change in july first or second week of july (I do not remember the exact date) which you can see in your system. I changed my address in hdfc net banking. I have done this on request of your customer care executive as according to him if i am using hdfc net banking and my credit is linked with bank then in that case if i update my address in that it will change for credit card automatically. It's more than 15 working days but still it is showing me previous address only. Again called to support officer now they told me i need to send mail to credit card support team as well which i did but it's been more than 2 working days still did not got any reply.
            Is this is your service and support. Please provide me solution else i will be force to change my salary account and credit card to other bank in future.

              I have applied for bussines loan and all documents submitted before 5 month of aurangzeb khan from gaya branch. Then he told me that you should talk to dehri branch manager, when i meeted of dehri branch manager he told me that come after 2day 4, 7 like this. And he totally haras me till date. Today i called him for information about loan the he told me that yr loan not proceed so go to another bank. And he also suggested me earlier that take some money for interest amount like 2laks and he promised me that yr loan will be pass shortly. So kindly help me what can i do

                Dear sir/ ma'am

                We are running our own business and have been in losses for the last few years. We had hoped that the business would take strong hold, but the recession has hit us very badly. We are dependent on clients paying us to be able to sustain ourselves.
                However, we have been stranded with no funds for the last 2 months with the result our emis and payments towards credit card hasnt been happening. Now we are getting calls every 2 minutes, threatening and harassing us for payment. Using words like fraud and cheating.
                We have every intention of clearing all dues but it will take some time, we have been explaining the same to the collection team, but they are now threatening to come to office, calling my children, my old mother, my driver who doesnt even work for me anymore. Relatives and everyone they can find.
                It has become impossible to live like this. We need time to make payments and need help. They keep asking if you didnt have the capacity why did you use the money? Its become unbearable

                  Dear sir,

                  I really have a very worst experience with hdfc bank while closure of my saving bank account in the name of ramatenki venu, as my home branch in nigidi, pune, and i filed combined account closing form at dhanori, pune branch and hand over to executive athif, he told me to leave rs 110. My account is not closed and i asked athif, dhanori branch, pune couple of times he said he will take care of it but, still after 1 week i am getting msgs of negative balance on my account and mobile, nothing facility was closed on the account. Plz if this site help me out in this so plz help me in this matter, i really want that rbi should take some step against such situation that come in front of the customer

                    I applied for insta jumbo loan against my credit card, loan is not dispatched to me yet but already they charging interest.
                    Last time as well same issue happened, after two emi completed they cancelled the loan
                    Always they do this kind of mess only. I started assuming that this one of bank ideas to hold the customer money withoyt any interest for two to three months, in this way they earn lakhs and crores by doing this to many customers...

                    It looks like bank itself doing the fraud transaction...

                      After coming back from us, i asked hdfc bank to issue a credit card to me. I was going through my transaction and found a suspicious transaction of rs 2494.66/- on july 23rd 2019. I logged a complain with hdfc bank. After 15 days, they are saying the transaction is authorized. I never got an otp or any email or any message of the transaction. I never thought that such a big bank is not capable to figure out whether the transaction is fraud or not. When i am asking to give me the paytm number and merchant details, they are unable to provide me. I am not happy with the service. While searching in google, i found this type of fraud has happen many times and hdfc has not done anything.

                        I applied here for a job. I got a call from hdfc bank for job for the post of back office. After that they asked me for payment for id activation and other things. I paid them a total of 79, 700. They told me after every payment that if i don't get selected or not interested in job then i will get my money refund. But now neither i got job nor i got my money refunded. They don't pick my call and if they pick my call then after listening my name the cut the call they r not listening me. Please help me i come from a poor family i have taken money from other people to pay foe this job please help me to get my money refunded.

                            By way of introduction, I am Ruchi Gadhia and I have a regalia credit card in my name and my husband's name. We have been associated with this bank since much more than a decade.

                            I have a priority pass which was issued along with the hdfc bank regalia credit card which we have used earlier

                            This time on our international visit in March we accessed the priority lounge, while at the reception we were asked for the priority pass instead of the regalia credit card and hence we gave the priority pass, although we both had a regalia credit card due to which we have been charged a sum of approx 3800 unnecessarily.

                            In this regard we have been following with the bank officials since 1 month and there is no proper response .

                            We have been charged for no mistake of ours plus there is no response from the bank officials either. Such is the level of indecency that nor have they replied to the mail which they send expecting certain details nor was the person on customer helpline ready to even register complain

                            My complain no. Registeed through the bank officials Is 'HBL=[protected]' dated 27 the July, while the complain was made wen the credit card bill was generated around 3rd of July. I even made the payment being a genuine customer on being promised by the bank officials that they would look into the matter and now I don't have a decent reply

                            I would be awaiting a positive response and expect a full refund on the same

                              I have blocked my card immediately and raised dispute with hdfc bank.

                              It is hard earned money and i cannot afford to pay to bank with no fault of mine... Request you to look into the matter immediate

                                I have paid off the balance few yrs back but they keep sending me bill & not closing the card. Last year i went to bank & sent the broken card along with closure form with the help of their bank executive in chhatarpur branch, new delhi -74. But card is stil not closed. Their service is pathetic & they do that intentionally. If the balance is paid off they should have the option to close over the phone like other banks do. I blocked my card also but they generated new card which they never sent to me.

                                  This is to inform you that i cannot pay this amount as my family has fallen under hard time in recent months and i am jobless, but we do want to settle this in a fair and just manner so that you can have the money you deserve and we can be relieved of the burden of owing you this debt.

                                  I can able to give 20% of my debts. If agree to settle with this amount, i shall be clearing their dues within the next 5 business days. More than 20% is not affordable for me in the present situation.

                                    I got an sms abut new credit card. I got a call from courier guy about the same but as i was admitted in hospital, he had returned the card on the accounts that my address is changed. Over the call, he said to me that he will come back to my place after 2 days which did not happen. I really not happy with the behavior of the courier service and hdfc bank rules. Please provide me the justification for the same

                                      I have pay electricity bill on amazon but it was unsuccessful they have refunded money to bank which was debited from my debit card. I also received message on amazon that - my refund on hdfc bank debit/atm card ending 3925 for rs. 1234.00 has been credited/reversed by amazon on[protected]". But till now i didn't received money in my bank account in a month

                                      I’ve purchased iPhone XR on 8 April 2019.
                                      According to bank, I was going to receive cash back of 6000/- RS within 90 days .
                                      It’s already been more than 3 months ..
                                      Sir, i want to open new saving account in your bank but bapunagar branch donot allow so plz give proper information.

                                        I made a payment of rs 41, 300 to westin hotel pune on 26/06/19 by debit card ending with 4809 issued from my hdfc account no [protected].
                                        This amount was debited on 26/06/19.

                                        Again an identical amount of rs 41, 300 was debited from my account 29/06/19 with the entry:

                                        Mctf 26/06 512967 xxxxxx 4809 westin - pun

                                        Hotel says they have got payment only on 26/06/19 and not again on 29/06/19.

                                        Several attempts made to lodge complaint
                                        With the bank call centre did not fructify on
                                        Account of ivr timing out working and and one listening to music continuously.
