[Resolved] HDFC Bank — ach mandate failed after signature verification from home branch

I bought hero maestro edge last month (December 2019) and loaned amount from hdfc bank (Mall road ludhiana). I've given two cheques, one for the security other for the ecs. But after few days i got sms that ach mandate rejected due to signature mismatch. So i went to hdfc, they told me i need to verify signature from home branch (Sbi). I did same and verified my signature from sbi and given them, they said it will work and you dont need to worry.

Now today just before two days from emi date (06 jan 2020), i got same sms and email again that ach mandate rejected due to signature mismatch.

What kind of service is this? When my home branch successfully verified my signature and i provided same form to hdfc, why does this happen again?
