Hello
I have called the customer care of HDFC FASTag more than 7 times, written emails will all documents attached, generated tickets, received call backs from 2 seniors, wherein they kept assuring me that the addry will get updated in two working days.
It is now one month and my address is not updated and I am unable to get a replacement for my old FASTag which got damaged.
I overheard the last customer care executive as he did not mute himself- wherein he didn't have a clue as to who will update my address and what must he reply to me.
I have no other channel whatsoever to resolve this issue.
I even spoke to a relationship manager at the HDFC bank I hold my account in- and he confidently misguided me that I can update my address in the banks portal itself, on my own, then went at great length to make me invest more money in my HDFC Bank account.
I am planning to go to a HDFC bank branch to resolve this issue but I wonder if that will help.
Do let me know how to solve this for ticket no 560938.
