[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — AGGREGATOR EMI - OFFUS with customer knowledge

Recently I purchased a mobile worth 10599 and paid amount using hdfc credit card and after I received statement for full payment and I made full payment with cred app. But 1 day before they credit the amount and convert it into offus EMI without my knowledge.

I have paid the whole amount within a week by using cred pay app and noticed it was reflects hdfc netbank statement also but I don't know why they again deduct credit amount 10599 Rs and make loan without my knowledge. Please resolve it as soon as possible.
