HDFC Bank — AMB charges

Hi sir, I received this AMB charges last year and they took around 2000 and then I went to bank and tried to close the amount in the month of Jan 2025 - but they said I need to pay all the dues which was levied on my credit card so I further went ahead and paid around 3000rs and tried to close it and gave request letter for closure and they said you don't have any dues and they later said you need to disable Autopay. For that you need to wait for 1 week then I waited. But they took around 1 and half month to do the process. I went ahead and asked and requested them to do the process faster if not again you guys will charge AMB changes because of your delay. And they took more time so I thought of taking a Mortgage loan with HDFC itself so I wished to continue with it and transferred rs.11000 into my account so that I will not be charged for AMB, I thought I have cleared all my previous dues and charges. It was known until they debited rs.4000 yesterday. And realised that they have levied AMB charges for the last year's 6 months. It was not informed until I check the balance. So it means they kept waiting for me to transfer the money and silently took it off. No executive told me about this even when I tried to close it also. Else I would have closed it. Kindly help me getting the reversal.
