HDFC Bank — Amount 18000 rs Debited from account with Ref MCTF ATW

Sir 18000 deduct (Update: inr 18, 000.00 debited from a/c xx5650 on 17-dec-25. Info: mctf atw 05/32 [protected] Gachibowli) from my account.
I call to customer care they said you make a atm transaction of 18000rs. On 17/12/2025. At that time 18000 rs. Debited from my account.
How is this possible.
Now 18000 rs. Have been deducted from my account as mctf atw transaction.
Sir pls revert asap.
