[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — Amount Deducted in the name of INTER-BRN CASH CHG INCL ST & EC

I have an Saving account in Hdfc Kengeri Satallite branch

When i checked my account statement, I see a transaction of Rs.1699/- deducted from my bank account in the name of INTER-BRN CASH CHG INCL ST & EC & JBY1447836_BRANCH_RNWL & SBY1493977_BRANCH_RNWL

I tried calling the telephone banking but there is no options to speak to customer care .

I am surprised to see how the nationalized bank do such things without prior information to customer. When you are deducting an amount from bank, please think that amount is very big for me and its not HDFC bank money - Its my money

I'm doing each and every transaction in HDFC bank only like Credit card usage, Insta Loan, Insta Jamboo Loan and Personal Loan and Two wheeler loan, Medical Insurance and Chila Plan ... I was already decided that
by taking Hand loan and i'll clear every thing in HDFC and I'll close each and every thing and I'll move on to SBI group for sure.

Very bad of you guys seriously ... Lets say Good Bye to HDFC

Why are you guys deducting huge amount of money? I have got my 1770 rs and 885 rs deducted today as Inter brn cash chg incl gst

Without customer knowledge how you can deduct the money on your own! This is very disappointing. I will definitely not want to continue with the bank.
