I have not received the Rs 17091(seventeen thousand ninety one rupes) refund amount which is refunded
by ease my trips on date 12th april 2017.The refund details are as follows

1) Exact date of debit from My account -11th April 2017

2) Exact Amount of transaction- Rs 17091(seventeen thousand ninety one rupes)

3) Transaction reference number - Cheque / reference no[protected], PAY U ID-[protected]...

I am having a HDFC credit card ending with 4522 recently there executive wrongly updated my email in the system and they have generated the bill and they did not send me a reminder also on my Mobile and started putting financial charges and when I ask first they told that they have taken up a request for reversing and after two days I got a message they are unable to reverse them. I am Mahesh, i have done NEFT Transaction on 3rd Apr 2017 but it was not credited to Beneficiary account .

The same i have informed to the customer care executive and they raised complaint on 5th Apr 2017 and the complaint number is BANC[protected] but so far issue has been not resolved.

I have raised complaints from hdfc website also.

its been 11 days since i have done the transaction...

My account number is [protected]. An ammount of ₹500 is being deducted from last 2 months. This month it's deducted on 10th april. When i reviewed transition history, cheque/reference no for that transition was 9236.

First of all thank you for keeping such provision to adress indian consumers.
Let me tell you i have purchased hdfc life click to invest policy with premium of 60, 000/- rs. And application no. Is as mentioned in above subject.
Premium was paid of 31st march 2017 and till date i didnt receive my policy document neither i am getting right response from their call centre nor from their corporate office...

Hi i feel sorry to say that i wont b able to make the credit card payment of rs 44000 as m not earning much due to my financial condition of family i support them so couldn't make the payment on time if bank can make the settlement and a very less amount i can pay in emi due to this ky cibil is getting bad so i want that should be effected by this and if possible pls make that correct and Helo me in settlement or the card .

I have get two-wheeler loan from centurian bank on 2006 through centurion bank secundrabad branch. Completed the two-wheeler loan, after completion of my loan i have nor received the original rc book even noc also from bankers. That time they have told me noc and original rc will send through by courier but till now i have not received it

I'm a salaried employee. I've applied for hdfc bank credit card on 3 april 2017 and submitted the document to the bank official the very same day. I got a message stating that the credit card request has been approved and 2 days earlier got the despatch message. Yesterday i got an email stating that the request for the card has been cancelled as you did not meet the criteria for the credit card. Can you please explain the situation otherwise...

I had submitted my account closure for on 3rd Feb 2017 to Apte Road branch. I was assured that the account will be closed in 7 days. It's been 2 months now and still the account has not been closed. And because of this I'm charged for not maintaining balance. The welcome desk and his Pba told me it will take 7 days. But it's 70 days now!
Request you to close the account and reverse the charges.

I have been receiving unsolicited calls from HDFC Life Plan call centre. I was in the midst of a meeting when the calls started. Despite rejecting the calls 3-4 times, the caller was persistent.
