Hi,

I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited from my credit card number ending with 3893 without my concern on date:13/05/2017. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund the same asap.

sorry for the compliant it was my mistake...
Halloo, an amount of rs 877 was withdrawn from my account on april 6, 2017. without any prior notice. am not using too much of third party transfer in your bank neither am not using this service..so kindly please refund my money back.

    Dear sir
    This is in reference to one of my credit card from hdfc bank credit card no : [protected], by name of yateendra shrivastava used for 6 1/2 years
    Its since nine months i had stopped using the card due to loss of my job, which has also affected my card payments.

    Even after this, to maintain my dignity and not to run away with money, whenever i get a call from bank, i had attended the calls asking for some time and to give me an installement option for payment. On 9th & 10th may i received the same call from a no :[protected] a very unmarred lady spoke to me in an abusing manner asking for payment for which i too agreed and requested for an installment option of 6 months, regarding this i also spoke to her senior mr patil,

    Unfortunately while talking to the hdfc employees as they were continuously calling me while driving my bike slipped and had an minor accident having a cut in my left finger and a hard hit on my left arm, because even after telling her that i am driving she kept on continuously calling me and forcing me to talk.

    Today they had crossed the limits and poked into my facebook profile and called some of my very far away relative whom i had never met in my life, saying they are from courier company, asking for sharing my contact no as they had received a letter from t. C. S, i stay in maharashtra, how can my courier go to m. P where i had never been in my life, when i tried to reach on the number no one responding (Mob:[protected] - found the no of hdfc collection agent from truecaller) though they have my residence address where i even stay now and is also registered with hdfc bank, but instead of calling me or coming to my home they called using a fake indentity (Punishable under section 420), poking through my personal profile (Punishable under cyber crime and cyber security). As i had also got an intimation on my mobile that some one is trying to login to my fb account (My mob being linked with my fb profile)

    Ir kindly be aware that the card was on my name and the persons being called with fake identity from hdfc banks are no where bounded, agreed to support or provide any information to bank, hence they cant be even asked legally, this too is an illegal offence and torturing by bank.

    Sir please be noted that i am going through a heavy financial crisis in my personal life as i was jobless since a year and am actually struggling to survive despite of that i was continuously in touch with bank not sharing my problems, but this act has actually affected me badly as hdfc and the persons calling me had tried to spoil and thrown my personal struggle of life in front of the my far far relatives and affecting my personal family relations, forcing me to take any unethical step with my life,
    And the persons to be held responsible for my act will be the callers calling from these numbers and their immediate seniors along with hdfc credit card, managers who had forced me to come to this point of my life

    I request you to look into this matter and help me or else i will be forced to die because of your silence.

      I haven't recieved the refund for the following refund codes 304192 and 231851. Please see to it. I have contacted amazon.in and they said that the refund has been processed ok their end. I don't know why the bank is taking too long to credit the amount. The refund had been issued around the first week of May. I would appreciate it if some action was taken as soon as possible regarding the refund.

        Please note that i applied for hdfc credit card and got reference no : [protected]s2 i got all verification done at my office and residence too. I got multiple calls at office too for verification. Today got checked in hdfc link showing track your card application. Found the reason as follows. Application reference number [protected]s2 status disapproved who called us for credit card and we never gone to hdfc for the same. I called customer care and they are not giving any reason for rejection. As per rbi guideline circular no - rbi/[protected]/100 bod. Fsd. Bc.23/24.01.011/2008-09 dated[protected]. Hdfc bank should give us reason or else we also file complaint in rbi and bank ombudsman. I want reason for rejection. If we will not find reason for rejection, we will file case in consumer court. It is my dignity which got effected and i am fully made up my mind for filing legal case against hdfc. I never had any credit card or liabilities from any bank in the past. Please provide reason or else i will file case in consumer court.

        I was complained in this about hdfc bank credit card this evening. And got a call from the bank of number - [protected] and he asked about the details of the account and i told all those he asked and later my account was debited by 10000/- and later if i call again then he said that was a security deposit for the
        credit card. He didn't tell me before about this how these people can debit n without even asking about that.
        now i want my money back and i dont want this bloody credit card
        i will file a complaint on this if i dont get that money back.
        without telling how you could debit money we also have some problems right??

          I got a message as follows.

          "thank you for using hdfc bank debit card ending xxxx for rs. 9999 in mumbai atkFREECHARGE77252 on[protected]:17:04:06

          How come this transaction happened if i have not share any information of my card. I am also not using auto pay kind of stuffs.
          If i called to hdfc customer care, they informed me it was from freecharge, but it's not. I have checked my freecharge accounts.
          It shows a security breach in hdfc bank debit cards.also i think hdfc is not safe for customers as this type of transactions done without customers or bank permission.
          Please provide the exact reason and refund money as early as possible.

            These hdfc looters are charging some thing called depository charges, when i asked hdfc securities, they said check with bank, when i called up bank they said checked with securities. After ping png for 20 days i still get these chares deducted, with no explanation, that is happening when they call me preferred customer, bull #. Then i can imaging what will be their attitude in normal customer.
            I al going to close the demat with hdfc and better open in discount broker.
            Also i would like to discontinue my saving account with these idots.
            I am writing here just to make people aware here. These thck skinned, shameless breed will not solve problem by writing here, you have to escalate these to right complain forum, is sebi and nsdl, which i am going to do next.

              I have given my documents to Kapil Jain (HDFC bank) for Mortgage loan and after verifying my documents they said they are ready to give me loan. So I applied for loan and also given 11, 000 as processing fee.
              They said I have to take insurance as well. So I paid them 25000 Rs. for insurance.
              They had approved my loan and send message for disbursement. After few days, they told me that they cannot give me loan because there is some issue with documents.
              Now after rejecting my application, they said they cannot refund my processing fee and also they cannot cancel insurance.

              My grievance is that
              If my documents were not clear, why they approved my loan and why they force me to take insurance.
              I have been cheated by HDFC bank for 36000 Rs.

                I had done a payment of 11000 on 9th may through neft to sbi credit card. The amount got debited from my hdfc bank a/c but not credited to sbi credit card. I called the customer care executive. She told to wait for 3 days to credit the amount which was deducted to my own account. But its been 3 days now, still the amount not credited to my account. Can u pls look into this and resolve the issue as early as possible. I was tensed. Pls understand and do the needful

                  I have submitted the KYC documents and blank application form (both duly signed by me) to HDFC sales executive Mr. Yogiraj Andhale (Mobile No. [protected]) from Pune office on 7th April 2017. However, a month has gone by and my account has not been opened.

                  Further, I received a call from the HDFC office (phone no.[protected]) stating that the documents have not been received & asking me to submit the same.

                  He claims to have submitted the documents for account opening, but post this call, I have a good reason to believe that the documents have not been submitted & possibly misused for fraud.

                  Request you to look address the said grievance at the earliest possible.

                    I have recieved an email from Myntra that amount has been refunded an amount of Rs.895/- on 03 Mar 17. But same has not been credited in my account. I cannot be patient now as it has been around 3 months from the date of purchase.

                    I am facing extermely difficult time to deal wth HDFC customer care and Dispute Team.

                    I have given them all the details transaction date, amount, bank reference number still they are not able to resolve my query.

                      Hi,
                      My name is Nikhil Raskar. I joined a company in the year 2015 and that company opened my salary account in
                      HDFC bank in 2015 but didn't gave any basic terms and conditions of salary account also fill the demat and
                      trading account form.(I closed the demat and trading account now). I left that job after few month because of
                      some reason. At that time my account balance was less than Rs.10, 000 and now I can see my balance is Rs. negative
                      8, 349 is being charged on my account as deduction. It happen without any notification or SMS, my salary
                      account they directly converted into saving account. I am totally shocked and worrying about the same. I went to
                      home branch to close this account but the bank member(manager/clerk) avoid to take a form they told me to pay
                      negative balance.
                      Can You please suggest me any way that what should I do. Can it be waived or I will have to pay all these
                      amount..

                        I have been using hdfc credit card from november 2014, beginning for almost one year i have done the payment on time. After in 2015 i left the job because of my health issues, due to this and some financial crisis i was not able to do the credit card payment, and the interests became more and more and the collection department started calling me, my family, my friends and started abusing them and harassing them with slang languages, and i even got threaten calls from some persons speaking very rude to me they don't even have respect for women, they are all rowdy types, they speak in kannada local language with very bad words, some how to avoid these calls i paid the minimum amount for almost 8 to 9 months and after that i got call from some collection person he offered for the settlement of the credit card amount which i need to pay in 8 installments. Then i agreed for the same the settlement amount money came to 57, 500/-. First payment was by cash and the rest was by cheques. But i had asked the settlement from may 2016, i received the mail from the rpmc... Settlement letter on 23rd june 2016, mentioned in the letter that my settlement is considered from may 2016, then i kept ready the amount and cheques accordingly but nobody from the bank contacted me to collect the cheques and amount, then on 2nd july 2016, i got call from one of the collection dept. Person for the collection of money i cheques and that person jagadish has asked only to sign on the cheques not to right anything. Then he took cash & 7 signed cheques and said that he will write the details on that and went. Then on 9th july 2016 he called and said that one cheque got overwritten by mistake and he will give the receipts for the rest of the cheques and when tried to given another cheque he said not required and asked to the payment in between online. This one payment was delayed as there was financial crisis, but finally did the payment on 8th feb 2017, as soon as i got call from ratnakar saying if i do the payment that day itself the settlement will be cleared. I did the payment online and called him and shared the details with him. He said this is fine. I asked him for the closing letter he said the settlement letter itself is the closing letter. After this i was in a thought that everything got cleared but all of a sudden in my credit card account it started showing the balance due as 45, 600 /- then again called rathnakar he said to ignore as it will show like that for another 2 months. I just ignores as per his advice. After few days like in march 2017 i got call for my office landline number saying i have not the cc payment it is due 45, 600/- i was shocked and i told them this is cleared as i had taken the settlement, then that lady told she will check and come back but no call back for one month and again in end of the april 2017 i got same kind of call for cc payment where again i told them the same about settlement then he also said he check and revert but no response. About this i had again spoken to rathnakar shetty, he said to ignore.
                        But in the month of may 2017 on 2nd i was shocked when in my corporate salary account, my whole month salary was kept on hold and the balance was showing -17000/- it was a crucial situation where i was not at all intimated and no proper clarification given on settlement procedure, and for only one payment was delayed for which my salary account was holded and from one week i am struggling and had visited the richmond circle credit card divsion where by person named raghavendra asked me to write email to grievance.                         Priorityredressalrpm. [protected]@hdfcbank. Comasking for the reversal of my money and closure of the credit card. But some one from bank called last saturday and asked me to contact venkateshearan r raman, ([protected]) whose number is continuously switched off and no alternate number given from the bank again, i am writing continuously emails but no clue on whats happening about my money... I need to pay the school fees & uniform fees of my daughters, i am totally blind is there anyone to help me there???

                          I received the mail from HDFC Service life regarding acceptance of cancellation of my policy number 18706768 and asking for some document for refund processing on 26th April, i replied with required document on next date 27th April but after that i am not receiving any response form HDFC Service by when i will receive my refund amount. Pls take a note and do the needful earliest... Really this one i'm getting very very bad impression about hdfc bank. I have try to reach landline but that also not working what u updated in google ([protected]) and one more number ([protected]) this number received from one of your barnch but that person also not responding.

                            Note : i have used icici bank account from past 5 year neaver eveaver happened any miscommunication like this. Pls take a feedback and do the needful.

                                I went to the bank and cancelled the card. They accepted and gave new free card. After 6 months i was charged annual fee on on my cancelled card. When spoken with phone banking customer they told they will refund in 1 week. Again after a Week i need to call phone banking. Process repeating from one month. I have not see such a worst bank in my life. Never hold any hdfc cards is the moral story.

                                    Last year May 2016 I bought HDFC Life Health Insurance with the details below but now when I decided to pay premium for this year HDFC Life customer executive told me that my policy is withdrawn, I just wanted to know how this can possible without my knowledge.
                                    Though I gone through medical check up’s and I got the Insurance cards at my home address (Pics attached). I also checked with claims department today on[protected] and they said my policy is active which is valid till 27th May 2017 and I can claim anytime at network hospitals. This is really frustrating if HDFC Life have any documented email from side or any written document from my end which request HDFC Life to withdraw my policy then please share it with me. Otherwise please look into this and resolve the issue immediately I don’t have much time as my policy will lapse on May 27th 2017.

                                    On 16th May 2016 i did two transactions of INR 17941 by choosing 3 Months EMI Option to HDFC Standard Life for health insurance premium from my HDFC Credit Card but both the times at the end screen showed up with payment failed and amount got deducted by my credit card twice. Later i paid the same amount by different credit card of Standard Chartered bank which got approved immediately by the merchant. I spoke to HDFC Life customer executive today according to customer executive whatever payment made to HDFC Life last year was reverse back to my credit card of HDFC which is true as those payments made were failed transactions (Attached Credit card bill of HDFC as a proof for transactions reversed), Also find the attached Credit Card statement of my alternate card (Standard Chartered) as a proof that i have made payment to HDFC Std Life on May 16 2016, I paid 17941 through Standard Chart. Credit Card and later convert it to EMI through "Kuch bhi on EMI Option" and that EMI started from next bill cycle just wanted to inform you so that you don't get confuse.

                                      On 17-09-16 I had couriered a letter to Chennai office and requested HDFC Bank to proceed with closure of mentioned credit card. The total balance due at that time was INR 1506.74 and was paid through Net banking on[protected] with Reference Number – 3020A1.

                                      Even after this I'm receiving payment reminders every month. I have already made bank aware about this via mails and calls still I'm getting payment reminder mails. And now bank is including my name in defaulters list???

                                        I am having hdfc bank credit card no. [protected].
                                        Today at about 9 am i got an sms on my mobile that rs. 18727.28 was spent on ur hdfc bank credit card ending 1036 on[protected]:41:18 at john hunter electricie.

                                        Since the said card was with me; after reaching to my office i contacted customer care that informed that how is possible this transaction. The customer care informed me another transaction of amount rs 23027.44 also has been made. And after my complaint customer care team blocked my card and said to submit card holder dispute form.

                                        Within half an hour on the same day talk i emailed the signed form.

                                        Now the matter is who will be responsible for the expense made on mt card. How one can purchase make expense on my card when the card is with me, no one time password i got, no call i received.

                                        Is not the responsibility of bank for these unauthorized transactions made by unknown person.
