Hi,

This is lavanya, am used payzapp for money transfer.. Today i transfered 4, 000 rs/- to icici bank from payzapp, the transaction was failed, but money was deducted from payzapp, still i didn't get money refund to my account.. So please refund my money to my account now.. Urgent basis.

    I have already made full and final payment of the card outstanding amount way back in year 09/2014, and also requested for card closure. But to my surprise, i see that there is an outstanding amount for this card amounting to rs 2809.

    I came to know about is as i see that my cibil score is affected due to an outstanding of this amount to hdfc.
    When contacted hdfc customer support they were unable to pull out the records as card is suspended status and transaction dated long back.
    They arranged for call back, person who called abck after 2 days insisted the charges were valid and i have to make payment, how absurd is that.

    Even after closure of my card, they keep adding late charges and then tell me to pay up, and also complain to cibil so that my credit history reflect bad.

    This is ideal example where this bank is making illegal use of the cibil facility.

    I have 2-3 other cards and evey month i spend around 50 to 60k, and no dues are reflected in this card. Even if there is a 1 or 2 delay in payment i get prompt reversal of the charges. (Unlike this hdfc bank.)

    They do not have a greviance redressal cell, its all customer support for every number you dial.
    Also in hdfc website 66224332 is given as greviance cell number, it is customer pin reset number.

    Can anyone call me from hdfc at [protected] to resolve this issue and make my cibil score better.

        One Assist is a third party service provided by HDFC bank. How ever they did activate the service & charge the amount without my permission. when i complain to HDFC, they told me to directly contact One Assist. Seriously these one assist people dont have any manners how to talk, they talked rude and they told once the service activated cant be refunded . so it was a waste talk to them. so i told HDFC bank about these issues, now i got only 30% the amount debited. What the hell with HDFC & its service. Total dissatisfaction from customer end.

        Around 06:30Am in the morning hdfc bank ATM pul prahlad our New Delhi 44, I swap my debit card in ATM machine and entered the amount of 10000 while received only 9200 in which 18 denomination of 500 and 2 notes of 100 rupees.

        I have not received my 800 rupees.
        Can you please help me in getting it

          Pathetic service of the relationship manager

          I am disheartened with repeated ingnorance of the relationship manager called sandeep lakhmani from jp nagar branch, bangalore, who is suppose to be handling my account... Not one but three accounts of mine & that of my daughter.
          I must have tried reaching this rm on innumerable occasion, but all in vain, he doesn't even have the basic courtesy of either picking my calls or responding subsequently.

          The worst service ever to get from any bank.customer service dont know wot they are doin, give wrong info and when u start chasing them they will hang up.managers dnt inform or update thier team.the manager will ask you to pay mini due and wil escalate and get back and assures that collection people will not visit ur house if the mini due is paid but stil collection people reach ur house donot trust d managers there. they wil breach d privacy discuss ur expense with neighbors, society members.then y dont u ask them to pay? even though people cant pay total due bt mini due is being paid u, they charge u the interest bt yet humilate u in ur society and let ppl know ur personal expeses call u a liar ..but they will stil send you email abt security and safe our accounts is with them where as they are the once who breach it by discussing with unwanted ppl..if any one offers to bank with hdfc pls run away..

            I was using this card as there employee requested me. I was using this card and was ready to pay, infact always paid more than its due. Later i was stopped getting reminders and just one email use to come of statement. I use to more amount but since it goes through bill desk and bank use to put extra charges as late payment. Later when tried to reem points i was unable to go. I asked customer care but didn't got feasible response from customer care for charges and all. They called me to increase my credit limit also but when i refused so they stopped sending me message. I stopped using card and when i got call from them i asked them to collect cheque since my net banking was not working. When executive collected all amount due and confirmed now there will be no charge. After four month i got call from bank bcoz i did online complain that i had lost my card and getting message for amount due and now they want me to pay 3000 rs else they will send notice and will impact my cibil. Not really sure if calls made by executives are monitored.

              I have a savings account in HDFC RK Salai branch. I had a salary cheque of certain amount given by my Company dated 2nd May 2017. I rushed to nearest branch before 2 pm of 2nd may. In order that the cheque should get cleared by next day evening.
              Since its a savings account, the cheque given to my company were suppose to be presented on 3rd may 2017. I had my HDFC loan deducted from my account of certain amount on 4th may, But I was surprised when I checked my account that I do not have enough balance in my account. I called my home branch & was surprised to hear that the cheque was sent for clearing on 4th may.
              This is really a carelessness from your staff for which I suffered & such type of excuses are not accepted in transactions.
              If any such mistakes happened from any of your account holder, you are ready with a chart of charges to be recovered from your customer.
              Now you are applying fine for the loan cheque bounce from my saving account.
              Even after several request and clarifications that the mistake was happened just because of server problem, no one from your end was interested to resolve my complaint and reverse the amount.
              Please let me know what action you are going to take against that branch and I also request you to reverse my amount debited before this ( amount was transfered to your bank from your bank but not credited to your bank due to your server problem & cheque was returned for the reason of insufficient fund). This time I will forward this complaint to consumer forum if I am not getting solution for this complaint as well as last complaint filed with you.

                My accounts historical statement shows that that from 2nd april 2013 to till date i have being charged 11373 rs for the amb charges and i am shocked to know that during all these years hdfc didnt make any effort to get in touch or notify the customer about such transactions being taken place.. I would request you to kindly look into the matter as rs.11373 is not a less amount to pay for an account whose services have not even being availed all these years.

                      I was not interested in credit cards but HDFC convinced me to take a credit card stating it is life time free without any annual charges. After submitting all documents n getting credit card an HDFC employee called to explain the card benefits and also told that annual charge is applicable. When I asked them that I applied for credit card because I was told that there are no annual charge they don't have any answers to it. HDFC is unfit to sell a credit card promptly. They are mis-selling the product to increase there sales target. HDFC employees are unfit to even feed any email id correctly into there database.

                          My corporate salary account has been freezed by HDFC Bank with any intimation for my CC outstanding for which i have been following up for closure since last 10 months. I have been sending mails to each and every person within HDFC for getting my A/c settled however, not got any positive reply till date. I have been denied service across all avenues still they kept on charging financial charges along with Late fee every month. Multiple assurances has been given through there Collection agencies & Customer Care but no result. Now they are not ready to even revert to my mails.

                            What the hell is this,, when i never got any letter, how could they say that they sent a letter?

                            I saw the status and understand which is got disapproved due to not responding the letter copy which is sent from you for me. Let me know which address you sent the letter, because i didn't not any letter copy from hdfc bank.

                            I already wasted 10-15 days on it... For god sake tell me the reason so that peacefully i can choose credit card from some other bank rather than wasting my time on this.

                            If i am not eligible for credit card please put back my all document that i had been submitted to your executive.

                            The exact same thing happened with me. Reference: [protected]S2. I submitted the required documents once again with the agent. Now after over a week these are the replies:

                            Agent: He has submitted the documents and cannot do anything else. He doesn't even have his manager's number to give me. He told me to contact customer support.

                            Customer Support: They can't do anything and asked me to contact the agent for further information or wait for another month (20 working days). They also didn't have any contact for supervisor or manager.

                            It's been over 2 weeks I have applied for the card. Agents know nothing about what documents are required. I have got cards from other banks where I don't even have a salaried account faster than this. HDFC is the worst bank with the worst customer service from what I have experienced from the time I became a customer.

                                I have applied for credit card for HDFC and have received a call from customer executive and she told me about the good features like life time facility and other facilties. I have given all the document and signed all the necessary fields however I didn't notice that I have signed the auto payment option as well which she didn't told me at that point of time. Yesterday I have received verification call from her and have verified all the details and atlast she told me that there would an auto payment. I told her that I haven't opt for that but she kept on saying that she already told me. I felt cheated. I told her not to process however today I have received a sms that credit card application is approved. How they can do that, for their own incentivethey cheat customer like this by providing incomplete information.
                                Moreover I have also called customer service department however they are not approachable for those who are only applicant only provide services to credit card holders. From the number which I have received a call : [protected]

                                  I have posted a request on HDFC Bank website and provided my contact number. HDFC Bank circulated my number to all the other banks and now I am being disturbed continuously by different executives by phone and if I say No to them they start abusing.
                                  I am recently getting disturbed by a lady Neeru and everytime she calls - she tells me that she is calling from a different bank. Her contact number is [protected]. If HDFC bank will not take strict action then I will go to the highest authority I can. She has abused me twice now.
