HDFC Bank — Amount is Hold under credit card lien

I have credit card with the same bank im working.as i didnt pay last months min due due to personal reason my salary a/c (hdfc bank a/c )is marked lien by hdfc collection team without my knowledge . no communication they given before marking lien. since im not in a position right now to pay full but will pay every month due regularly. i escalated to nodal officer but still they didnt removed lien from my a/c . even i have personal loan emi to be debited automatically from the same salary a/c. how to remove lien legally in my salary a/c ? & to make them accept for my outstanding to be paid every month? they didnt consider me even though im an employee . other banks not marking lien for 3 months payment misses, only this bank does these like
