I am a customer of HDFC Bank, I would like to inform you that, one of hdfc bank colleagues Rupesh, miss guided me on my credit card payment and is making me pay 30000 rupees extra upon my 50000 bill. My query was that I had an outstanding credit card amount of 50, 000 rupees, I just wanted to know whether I can convert that 50000 rupees to Emi . That Rupesh guy gave some dumb solution and made my take a loan of 30k extra to settle this 50k credit card bill. He said that my outstanding 50000 will be converted to EMI if I use this insta loan option. After sometime I saw my account that my outstanding was increased to 80000 rupees. This guy Rupesh from HDFC Bank looted me and is not responding to my calls. I have attached the audio conversation of the person recorded.

The customer service is not able to give any info on this. And I have gone so many time to branch to make this clear and that amount will be clear From my account so that I'll will use my account as earlier but customer service in branch isn't helpful that's why I came to here. after all the effort the customer service is not helpful.
