    At the time of lockdown I have deposit 20000₹ in my account but bank cut 2000₹ from my account and after that bank told me your money will come after 1-3 days but still my isn't come back and bank again put mi revenue charge in my account
    And I want my money back yah you just clear that mi revenue hold yah close my saving account because I don't want to use this type of account first you cut my money and then put mi revenue charges on my account
    Just make this clear and keep my account free from mi revenue hold through gefu

      No Debit status on account

      I am an account holder with HDFC [protected] and it is a salary account. My account was put on No debit status on 30th September as I did 3 4 transaction through my account via UPI app. Next day when I realised that my account is blocked I rushed to nearest branch and submitted an application to remove the No debit status but till now there is no action being taken.

      I initiated a transfer of Rs 12, 160 on 2nd oct 2020 but it timed out due to technical reasons. I dont have any option in HDFC app or at the customer to apply for the refund as the same has not been credited back in my account. I recieved the following text message aswell.

      UPDATE: Your money transfer of INR 12, 160.00 on 02-10-20 timed out due to technical reason. (IMPS Ref No. xxxxxxxxxxx). If this transaction is not done by you, call 1800xxxxxxx

        I am a customer of HDFC Bank, I would like to inform you that, one of hdfc bank colleagues Rupesh, miss guided me on my credit card payment and is making me pay 30000 rupees extra upon my 50000 bill. My query was that I had an outstanding credit card amount of 50, 000 rupees, I just wanted to know whether I can convert that 50000 rupees to Emi . That Rupesh guy gave some dumb solution and made my take a loan of 30k extra to settle this 50k credit card bill. He said that my outstanding 50000 will be converted to EMI if I use this insta loan option. After sometime I saw my account that my outstanding was increased to 80000 rupees. This guy Rupesh from HDFC Bank looted me and is not responding to my calls. I have attached the audio conversation of the person recorded.

          The customer service is not able to give any info on this.
          First of all it's hard to reach customer service because it takes a a lot of time and the ivr options are very difficult and tricky to navigate, after all the effort the customer service is not helpful.

          Kindly register my complaint and help to refund my hold amount of Rs 596/- into my salary saving account.

            Hello,

            I have written to their Customer Care and others but no one seems interested or bother to help get the minimum balance reduced after repeated emails.

            I am not willing to pay the fees for not maintaining the minimum balance.

            I have requested to get this minimum balance amount to be reduced but no one in HDFC seems to be helpful or is willing to get this done.

            And then they will charge me again for non maintenance of the minimum balance.

            The Relationship Manager you have appointed for me doesn't seem to be helpful as she has no rights to get the needful done.

            I AM NOT ABLE TO MAINTAIN 25000 IN THIS ACCOUNT, IF YOU CANNOT REDUCE THIS MINIMUM BALANCE AMOUNT I WILL BE FORCED TO CLOSE THIS ACCOUNT.

            I ALSO HAVE A CURRENT ACCOUNT WITH HDFC, I WILL ENSURE THAT I CLOSE THAT AS WELL IF NOBODY HELPS ME GET THE MINIMUM BALANCE REDUCED.

            KINDLY HELP.

              On 3th of September, 2020 I received a SMS from my HDFC bank saying that a payment of INR 10184.44 is due on[protected] on my Credit Card number x4084. Make payment before your due date to avoid paying extra.
              I tried to contact the Customer service repeatedly but I was never connected to any representative.
              I called a bank employee who advised me to block my card to prevent automatic charges.
              On 4th of September I met with the Assistant Manager of my bank who checked all my statements and couldn't find any fault. She then contacted someone related to Credit Cards. I was informed that I was charged for some service called 'One Assist' which I had never heard o[censored]ntil today.
              They couldn't provide me any details of this 'One Assist' service, what it was, why and when it was activated.
              They advised me to pay the dues and prevent any legal notice as the only solution.
              I payed the dues and closed my Credit Card.

              I did not give my consent to this service and I was unaware of its activation.

              While using NetBanking online approximately 15 days ago I discovered that a new Credit card is active. On contacting the branch they told me to wait for its arrival. I have not received this card thorough mail yet.
              I did not apply for a new card. The branch told me that it is showing issued to me. I called them on 23rd of September, 29th of September and 1st October about the card's arrival which had still not arrived and the unbilled amount was zero.
              On 2nd October when I opened my NetBanking I discovered that the unbilled amount was INR 11661.03 suddenly. I checked my e-mails and SMSs but there is no message regarding this.
              This new unknown card shows pending debt for some transactions.

              I request a full refund for the fraudulent service charges that had occurred to me and the recurring unknown and unauthorized charges be stopped.

                I have an SB A/C ([protected]) in HDFC BANK and I have transferred Rs 30000/- using IMPS on 1st October 2020 at around 5.30 PM to UBI SB A/C. The IMPS Ref No[protected]. Amount debited from a/c but not yet credited to the recipient. I got a message that it timed OUT and status shows in my Netbanking as Transaction Initiated. .Either initiate the Transaction or refund the money into the account. Please Look into this issue and resolve it as soon as possible.

                  Greetings,

                  I got my new credit card a week ago. I did 2 purchases online so far and when I went to see the transactions I found One Assist MFEE dedicated Rs 1399 from my credit card. And when I try to talk to customer care on [protected]of HDFC my phone was disconnected saying agents are unavailable due to Covid 19. And when I try to block my card on the toll free number [protected] they are saying that transaction was not fraudulent so they can't block my card and to call [protected]. Now is this some kind of a joke I have been a hdfc customer for more than 2 years. And how come some third party deducted amount from my credit card without my proper authorization. I want my full refund every penny of it and I don't need One Assist MFEE SERVICE

                  I still didn't get any communication regarding unauthorized deduction from my credit card by One Assist MFEE. More over they charged me again Rs 100 for Smar EMI conversion fee for the deducted amount of Rs 1399 which again I did not authorized and Rs 18 for GST.

                        I am Krishnan 59 years old having credit card with Hdfc from last one year . In that they are deducting money approximately 2900 without my knowledge but I was not aware that initially .Now I stopped to purchase from this card even though they are deducting 2900 approx from this I got to know that. so I did contact Hdfc customer care they are telling insurance activated 33000 per year. I didn’t give any form or agreements.so I stopped to pay the bills. Now bank peoples are chasing me and making depression. Please do needful help for closing insurance and that credit card . Also need refund of 5 months paid insurance money

                          Thank you for your support There is only one request that stops the calls that I am getting from your bank.
                          your bank all loan payment complet my past record is ok but credit amount pending because covid 19 and job issue major problem i am able to work because
                          I can not work due to( epilepsy disease), it's a major problem in my life.
                          I am best trying to clear your outstanding trust me sir stiil know i'm not able pending outstanding clear because physically and mentlaly not fit
                          t's my humble appeal to please stop such misbehaving and abusive calls and please ask them to keep approaching with some humaneness. They threaten me every time and disrespectfully talk on calls and threaten me to take out my valuables from my house anytime.
                          Please stop this dangerous call .

                            Date : 1st October 2020, around 11:45 am, I have transferred amount of RS 21, 000 to a beneficiary kotak account.. the amount got deducted from my hdfc account but I didn't receive any notification alert, and also the beneficiary account is not credited with that amount.
                            Please look into it and either refund the amount or credit it to the beneficiary account.
                            I tried to call the customer care number but no one was available.

                                My savings account was kept on hold for 10K in my account because of delay in credit card payment. I have paid the credit card bill and it is more than 3 days and still it is kept on hold.

                                I checked with collection department, they said amount will release within two days but nothing has been done.

                                  Hdfc bank are the one who directed me to one assist but really this company is not taking any request and auto payment mode is activated in my credit card. When i asked for the hdfc bank help they are not responsible.

                                  I din't expect this irresponsible behaviour from hdfc

                                  My account is activated with one assist mfee and charged amount 7549 rs with out my knowledge. I want to cancel the unauthorized plan against my card, and also credit my money in my credit card which you have deducted in my credit card account.

                                  Also this is unfair that you cannot deduct the amount from the credit card without prior notice through call/message.
                                  And hdfc bank also has to recheck this issue with the auto payment modes.

                                    I hold credit card of hdfc bank from last long years & taken personal loan 1 times for 84k & two wheelers i never bounced emi as well as credit card outstanding also paid on time, but this time only little amount of shopping done over the credit limit & hdfc bank applied charged around 17500/- over limit fees & so i am requesting you to please reverse the overlimit fees to my account as i am the customer of hdfc bank from long years & never never bounced bill payments & emi, so please reverse the charges asap.

                                      I purchased an iphone more than 3 months back using my hdfc debit card opting for the 5000 rs cashback offer. The cashback was supposed to get credit within 120 days but its been more than that and i haven't recieved my cashback yet. Please help me with this.
