[Resolved] HDFC Bank — amount transferred has not been credited to the receiver's account | |
This is in regard to a transaction (Customer id: 56121037 in hdfc bank) i did on 26th november at 6:25 pm. I had transferred 40000 rs. To an axis bank account holder via google pay. The amount was debited from my account but the amount did not get credited to the receiver's account. It's been 6 days and i have already been imposed a late fee of 800 rs. Due to their mistake. The amount if it was not transferred to the receiver's account has not even been reversed to my account. I had lodged a complaint on 29th november, 2019 for the same on hdfc's netbanking application. I want my money back as soon as possible.
