I had by mistakenly issued a FASTag application through hdfc thinking that I was registering for wallet so I didn't realise until some time later. So can i you please cancel the application and please cancel fastag and refund money in my bank account. Could please solve my issue. I also complained on hdfc website and haven't gotten any response from them and I also called fastag hdfc help line and they told that to contact them by complaining through email I did that too and haven't gotten any response from them. I already have one fastag and by mistake I ordered another one but I m trying to revert it but I'm not getting any help.

Amount of rs500/- debited to my account on18.11.19. Not able to login using the cus id and wallet id. Not received the tag also. As i could not login to the fastag site not able to recharge.       I have applied for fastag for my car on 20th november with application number: hfr413721 stating that it will be recieved in a week.
      Got a mail and text message on 26th november saying that it's issued successfully with customer id and wallet id i'm able to login and stuff. But physical fastag yet to reach me. Can't call the number provided as it is always busy and no reply to mail. It's a pain which i never expected from a big players like hdfc. Worst service with this feature

        I have applied for hdfc bank fastag (Hfr296019) on 22nd october and i got the confirmation for the same. After a week i got call from representative for the delivery at my old address.

        I then called the customer care to update the address and resend it again to my new address. They asked me to drop a mail at there customer care mail id which i did on the same day.

        Post that i called them 2-3 times and send mails to deliver the fastag but no response received.

        Despite several calls and mails, no one is even bothered to reply the mail or expedite the process of delivering the fastag.

        Can i please get the mail id of senior authority in the bank or would be great if you refund my 500 rs. I will arrange fastag from other souces.

          I ordered fastag on 10th november. Now it's dec 1st still i didn't received the fastag. There is no proper communication from the company even after contacting customer care. My fastag. Reference number is hfr351960. Company sla is 7 to 15 days. Customer care guys are saying it's portal is not working we can't help and closing conversation. Company not following minimum ethics.

            I applied for hdfc fastag more than 15 days ago paid 500 rs it's still haven't recieved any word from them also tried calling their number which is either busy or unattended
            Tried mailing thrice still the same
            Been a hdfc customer for past 4 years this kind of service is pathetic
            The only reason i chose hdfc was because it's service but this seems like a mistake
            Atleast give a status or cancel it

              Have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 500 inr The reference number of the application is HFR625056. I have uploaded copy of the rc and since then there is no update. Also Amount of 500 dudcted from ICICI bank debit card.

              Please update on the status.

                My credit card has been charged twice for the amount of inr 12288.69, i did received the declined msg for the 1st transaction, still i do not see a refund / credit in my account.

                The amount deducted was on 10/18, i had sent the email on 10/23 to hdfc, i have not yet received any call back or email response as of today.

                I did followed their return process and submitted the customer dispute form

                I also went to the nearby branch and asked them to help, they said only the online ivr support system an help.

                Kindly help in getting someone acknowledging my issue and assuring me in initiating my refund

                  I received the hdfc fastag from my car dealer 10 days before the earlier deadline of dec 1st. Haven't received the welcome mailer yet from hdfc in email or on phone, and so not able to register or recharge fastag. This is very annoying, since this is an unnecessary compulsion and on top of it the implementation is flawed.

                  this is my second comment for the worst customer care HDFc fast tag. if anybody want to take tension in life after getting HDFC fasttag then buy this . This is purely non customer friendly bank. Nobody pick the customer care no .i buy two tags in different names but i get same wallet no and customer Id. How to recharge the fast tag, HDFC site is not working. No reply from bank side.
                  I am customer of HDFC credit card since 14 years but now i feel this was my biggest mistake to buy fast tag from HDFC.
                  ICICI and paytm are good options to buy fasttag.
                  [protected] is junk no and since 22nov . they never pick my call . i try more than 100times but all rubbish.
                  i usually cross the toills and now i am worried how to pay, how to recharge .
                  because i have two cars in different names but HDFC send me one wallet no and one customer ID.

                  #. second, by mistake i get wrong name .
                  iam trying to contact customer care to correct this name but they not pick the phone .

                      I got a new car in noida where dealer has given me hdfc fastag. The vehicle number has not been updated as vehicle got registered later and fastag was issued same day. Unfortunately, my email id updated in the system is incorrect. I tried calling customer care number given on fastag for hdfc but either it is continueously busy or no one picks up the call. There is no email id given to raise complains or request. Even on hdfc fastag portal there is no way one can update the information or raise request for updating email id or vehicle number. Such a poor service is not expected from hdfc bank.

                        I made an online application for fastag for my vehicle tn20bk3843 through the hdfc portal on 27/11/2019. I completed all the details including rc book uploading and paid rs.500 using my hdfc credit card. After the transaction got completed there was server timeout message, credit card was debited and processed but i didn't get any confirmation from hdfc fastag. After trying multiple times to fastag customer care number, contacted hdfc phone banking and raised a complaint on 30/11/2019. Kindly acknowledge and confirm my fastag application or give directions to refund my amount paid.

                            Total amount of rs 13500rs was on hold and an amount of 3500rs was debited from my savings already and - 10141rs as of now showing as on hold by hdfc bank.
                            My ifsc code is hdfc0001228. And my account digits are 50*3252.
                            I need justice and i'm not liable for any overdraft or any other expenses, my account is very clear. I'll take this issue to higher court if it is not resolved, i tried customer care which is useless and time taking and i have mailed the complaint to [protected]@hdfcbank.com even they didn't responded.

Accordingly, your card account details has been transferred to the new credit card ending 2862. However, a physical plastic of new credit card was not despatched to your mailing address since you had not placed request for card reissuance at that time of blocking your credit card account.

                                I have made the payment and recieved confirmation email regarding my fastag. It has been 10 days and no update of issuance or delivery. This is absolute filth from hdfc especially with their reputation. I hope someone from the bank sees this and provides me an email id to contact. The toll free number they have provided never woks. I dont understand why the whole thing is such a farce. I need this by next week for the vehicle. Please act hdfc.

Very pathetic service. Few days back, i received an sms saying tag and wallet account got created. When trying to contact customer care [protected], it always says busy.

                                      I applied for the tag on 10th nov 2019 and i got an sms that says the a/c was created on 23rd nov 2019.

                                      After a long wait finally, i got my fastag a/c created and i got the details of it and i could logon thru the portal and see my a/c statement.

                                      But still not clear on when i will get the tag itself. It's already 20 days over when i first applied for it on hdfc bank site.

                                      The delay is due to an exceptional surge in applications received from customers. We are arranging for processing on priority and you will receive dispatch details via SMS once the tag is dispatched.

                                        Hi, i have applied for 3 fastag on 28th nov. Paid rs 1500/-. I have an application reference number hfr655976. Neither the fastag application pdf has come on my email nor have i received any calls from the bank fastag representative. When ever tried calling the[protected], just get a busy tone. Called up phone banking. They gave an email address to contact them. The address is status. [protected]@sahaj.co.in. This address is not available. I have started feeling cheated. Hope i either recieve the fastag or the money refunded back.
