[Resolved] HDFC Bank — ASD charges | |||
My name is Edwin. I have a salary account with HDFC. The bank keep deducting ASD charges from my account. Last month itself they have deducted Rs. 1800 from my account, this is not a first incident for last 2 years the bank is charging ASD. How can the bank debit any amount without any prior information to their consumer. Before also I have given complaint it was unanswered. Why the bank cannot sort out this issue. My name is Varun Chaudhary and HDFC is deducting ASD charges without my intimation. Last time they deducted 393/- as ASD charges which I am not aware of.
How can they deduct money without my prior intimation?

My name is shallu, exactly the same think with me . This is not good bank we all have to close account in such type of bank . They just want to make money . Whereas the customer services . Bank must be dissolved . This a not the right way of banking .
