I have registered & created my account on fastag but I am unable to login the account with my walled id or customer id. I have tried several time even by changing the password but I am not able to login the fastag account.
There is unauthorised deduction of Rs.250 from my FASTag Id for vehicle number MH14FS3085. Massage says “ Your FasTag A/c has been Debited for Rs. 250 for Adjustment entry on 1/9/2020 7:17:21 PM. Balance amount in the A/c is Rs. 135 - HDFC Bank Ltd.” no response from HDFC toll free number and 1033 can not help on this. Please resolve
