Dear sir, i m residing in aurangabad, i m in event management & carrying hdfc credit card since 10- or more years.. There is some business slags going on thats why unable to pay dues on time.. Several times i have communicated & did the payments.. Verified Support Feb 26, 2018 HDFC Bank Customer Care's response Dear Customer, We wish to clarify that, payments for at least the minimum amount due needs to reach the bank within the payment due date to keep the account active. We take this opportunity to clarify that the bank was not in receipt of payment towards the minimum amount due since Jan'18 statement. In view of the same, our bank representative had contacted you at the numbers recorded with us to communicate the outstanding and facilitate payment towards the same. We assure you that the contacts were established only to ensure that your card account was active and available for your usage.
