HDFC Bank Bank Fastag — endless problems

I am not going to waste my time in explaining all the problems again.
The customer care number is busy 24*7.
We are always shown zero balance at every toll. But later the amount is deducted from the account, after we have already paid in cash. The amount is consistently being deducted even when we are not using the serives.
I am not gonna call a single more time, i will just file a very strong case against the company in the consumer court. We are hell annoyed and it's a pathetic company.

HDFC Bank Customer Assistance
I had received the FASTAG sticker on 20/03/2018, but not received the supporting mail to activate the tag. I tried the customer care so many times but could not connect. My mail id is [protected]@gmail.com. My cell number is[protected].
Please do solve my problem in order to use the TAG
