HDFC Bank Bank Fastag — login problem and fastag | |||
Sir/ madam I am using your fastag. I am anable to login. And another compilant is i have given request for fastag for my mh 09da 5533. I still not received my tag. Today in the morning i received massage that 60rs debited from account. And also i am trying to call customer care from last night, call is getting busy. I bought a HDFC fastag and since then I am trying to register in order to recharge my wallet but when I fill my wallet ID which I received via text msg from HDFC & vehicle no(HR51AS3251) it shows invalid. I have tried calling customer care several times which is always busy and when not busy they don't pick up. I visited HDFC branch & they totally denied that this is none of their Buisness they just asked me to contact customer care which is always busy.This tag cost me 500 RS and now I can't see a way how to get it activated.
Dear HDFC please help me out and learn to value your customers. This is not about 500rs but it is about trust which I had on HDFC but now I can't.
