I have made a payment of Rs.1368.00 via Google pay using BHARAT QR (electricity bill) to WBSEDCL (billdeskbqr.[protected]@hdfcbank) for the month of Jul'21-Sep'21 against the consumer ID[protected] on 10th July 2021, but wbsedcl has not yet received the payment although the amount has been debited from my account. Accnt No. [protected]@okicici debited with Rs.1368.00 on 10th July 2021. UPI transaction ID[protected] Google transaction ID - CICAgODskdyKBg Also I've attached the payment screenshot with the complaint. Please find the attachment. Kindly investigate the issue as soon as possible and do the needful to refund the amount. We request you to take up the request with the specified Bank / concerned bank from where the UPI transaction has been initiated. The concerned bank in turn will take up the request internally from their end with the corresponding unit of our bank.
