Hdfc credit card — cancellation of one assist membership

I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. My one assist membership is about to get renewed in a weeks time (08/09/2018). I do not wish to continue this membership plan (I tried to cancel it in the previous year itself, by calling the bank and sending out mail but it was not cancelled, so with no other option i continued with the plan) i am registering this complaint so that this never gets repeated. So please cancel the membership before any more amount (1899.0 /-rs) gets debited from by card

Recovery agent was forced me for money with loudly in fornt of many people. I felled very guilty about this . All negabour told me that this incident.. according RBI low your agent should talk with me alone about loan due amount but they asked with my all society members with loudly ..

I am sukhwinder singh . I received Sms from hdfc bank Ltd that rs 1399/ deducted from my credit card to one assist plan without my permission.

Kindly deactivate the policy and refund my money
