[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — car loan closure/noc closure letters not issued

HDFC complaint Reference Number 9556543.
Car Loan cleared with foreclosure charges and interest as of date (20th may 2019). NOC, RTO forms and Loan closure letters not given, Being informed I need to wait for 3 to 5 days. Amount cleared from my HDFC Bank account to HDFC Loan accounts. I have cleared car loans in the past as well. I have got the NOC and closure letters on the same day within 15 minutes earlier. Now HDFC Indiranagar Bangalore team say that the process has changed and a customer need to wait. What kind of a Bank is this? Customers hassles should be removed and should be made easy, instead HDFC guys are giving us more trouble. Why is this process made which does not help the customers. Car loans are foreclosed most of the times because car is sold and we need to give the NOC to the next owners and complete our sale. Now my money is held for another 3 to 5 days because of HDFC's stupid process.
I think I need levy fine to HDFC for the next 3 to 5 days or god knows how many days it is going to take to get the NOC dispatched. How do we get HDFC understand this is a stupid process and they fix it.
