Hi,

This is in reference to the transaction made into my account without intimating me by hdfc bank.

An amount of rs 826 has been debited on 12th april 2019 from my salary account, mentioning about 'depository charges 12 april 2019 from my saving account.

I am not using demat account and not any declare to open my end and this is happening by hdfc bank.
I am very irritating from hdfc bank...

unnecessary charges

Dear hdfc team,

You need to resolve my issue on priority because this is a major issue. I also struggle with that every month. Every month hdfc charged amb charge from my hdfc saving account and everymonth i need to raise complaints for waiver. Waiver also be done with hdfc but after raising complaints.

236 rupees charged by hdfc on my salary account as amb charges.

Need to waive the same amount...

my salary account negative without my permission

Hi, i have salary account in hdfc 4 years back when i was working at that time. After that i changed company & they provided other bank account. Recently i changed new company. The new company have using only hdfc salary accounts. But my hdfc exsisted old salary account showing -18714.56 balance.
The bank converts my salary account converted into savings account & charged monthly.. Now its -18714.56 negative balance. Without my permission...

I am having salary account and credit card of your esteemed bank. I have paid the credit card bill of rs 41929 and simultaneously my bank account also got deducted by the same amount even though i haven't linked my credit card with bank
It's second time that they have done.
I am not getting any help from branches as well.
Am very very disappointed with the service of such a esteemed bank of yours.

unauthorized charges

An amount of rs. 615 was deducted from my hdfc savings bank account on 19th apr, 2019. The narration was hdfc standard li pos debit.

Also, a quaterly deduction of rs. 17.70 is made with the narration
Inst-alert chg inc gst jan-mar2019.

Both these deductions were happening without any prior intimation.
This kind of harrassment is not expected from a reputed organisation....

Latter, i was informed that account transferred to term deposit and then account had been frozen. I approached concern branch when it turned down to answer then nodal officer, sundar for four times, since january this year. No legal issues to me. But account had been frozen. I have transfer 1.58l inr from my hdfc bank account via hdfc mobile app to sbi account. The money got deducted from hdfc bank after some time i got a message from hdfc that the transfer is timed out. The money neither credited back in hdfc account, not in sbi (Beneficiary) account.

debit without permission

Hello there

I received sms from hdfc bank that rs-1899/- deducted from my debit card to towards cponeassis. Without my permission.. I did not get any mail. This kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my debit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co. How can a bank allow such frodulent transactions

Please deactivate and refund my money asap

Hi team,

My name is krishnamurari, amt of rs 40000 is kept on hold on 16 apr 2019 on my salary account due to non payment of hdfc credit card.
I was in contact with the collection department and told them constantly that i will be making the payment asap
I had a serious medical issue in my family and that is why i was not able to make the payments. On 16 apr 2019 the full amount of the credit card is auto debited...

payment reminder alerts - even after paying emi on time.

Hi,

I have paid my emi for the month of april towards my personal loan. The bank is still harassing me by sending payment due reminders over my email.

I have raised the complaint and also informed the bank regarding the paid emi details including reference numbers. Still the bank haven't updated the payment. Now this is affecting my cibil score and this bank is not helping anymore.

regarding permanently closed my credit card account at hdfc

Sir, my name is Reena i belongs to Mohali. I have not used my credit card from last May 2018...and in month of April 2019 with no outstanding balance I blocked my card but still i am getting bills for this card to pay Rs 2900. As per instruction hdfc customer care i have submitted written letter at hdfc back to permanently close the credit card but nothing happened.
