Appliied for hdfc regal credit card. Still waiting to be delivered. Got couple of call from customer care regarding suitable delivery date but card did not came. It has been a long time. No one is also calling now. Unable to reach hdfc customer care as there is no option regarding this type of problem in their telephonic system.
Please resolve this issue.

    I got the call from hdfc bank finance ltd from delhi branch,
    Caller name is sameer sharma & female caller name is priya malhotra
    They offered me 5 lakh rs. Loan at 0% interest rate against bharti axa life insurance policy they told me to pay 50000/- rs. As a first annual insatllment
    Against it.
    So please tell me whether it is true or they are fooling people.

      For rs.17, 30, 000 is in principle approved.
      Final loan sanction is subject to bank discretion.

      I have not made any application for the same.

      Please take action against it

      The following transactions are carried out & all showing 'success' and it is confirmed thru telephonic conversation.
      1. March 10th bill paid to mtnl-mumbai by using qr for rs. 401.00
      2. March 27th bill paid to mtnl-mumbai by using qr for rs. 389.00
      3. April 29th bill paid to mtnl-mumbai by using qr for rs. 381.00
      All these payment is not reached at mtnl, which came to know when received a call from them for outstanding amount.

      I must get my money and all penalities and compensation to be carried out.

        I had tried to withdraw cash on 17/05/2019 (Friday) at about 9.40 a. M from two atm machines installed at kasba branch at nabapally rajdanga, kasba, kolkata -700107 @rs 4000/- each [total rs 8000/- ] by my corporation bank current a/c debit card (From my corporation bank, gariahat branch current account). Although all formalities were done on the atm, neither of the two atm s dispensed cash, yet my current account got debited.
        I had on 17/05/2019 informed ms pousaly mullick, hdfc bank, kasba branch on mobile &sent an sms. I even wanted to submit a written complaint on 18/05/2019 (Saturday) to the branch manager, but since bank was closed due to buddhpurnima, could not do so.in view of the above, request you to look into the matter and direct to credit rs 8000/- to my corporation bank branch.             Hi,
            I was using hdfc credi card during[protected] and then one fine day i stop using it and blocked it. Suddenly i received a credit card statement of 4800 rs for my blocked credit card. Now bank is asking me to pay for it even though i havent made any transaction, also they are reducing my credit score just because of it.
            Can you please help me with this issue.

I convert a amount of rs-60598.85 for the tenure is 12 month rot 18%. But i received a message for your side 1.7% (20.4%) per month. I am totally socked i. I call back this no[protected] but people tell me who is renu? Please contact customer care. So i request convert my loan amount for 12 month rot 18% & please strictly action for your executive. Otherwise i will go consumer court regarding this matter.

                      Your bank issued me a credit card around 15 days ago. As i set the pin in atm machine, there was option of withdrawing amount. Neither the bank nor the executive informed about the tax levied on withdrawl amount of 6000, which was calculated for around 597. I filed complaint through phone banking officer on call same day
                      1st call. Executive gave an incorrect information that i will be charged 500everyday. So i deposited 6000 same day.
                      2nd call. After depositing 6000, executive said you will be charged on overall amount that you have withdrawl and the amount i have used on medical store. And informed me that it will take 3days for the updation of 6000 and i will be charged for 3 days
                      3rd call. Executive informed that i will be charged 500 only once and then you have to pay 2-3% tax till the withdrawl amount gets updated.
                      4th call.. I was on call for more than 1 hour but nobody answered my call..

                      I have already filed a complaint in consumer forum, and they have asked me to talk to bank first and if i dont get any resolution, they will escalate this issue.

                      Kindly get me resolution asap, otherwise i will take this issue to higher authority and challenge it legally. I have unbilled amount of 15000, i wont pay till i get any resolution either from your side or from consumer court.

                        I have joined hdb financial ltd. Last year (Subsidiary of hdfc) and they opened my salary a/c with hdfc bank sector 16 noida branch. Few months later i left that job. I have rs. 70 approx in my salary a/c.. But after month when i need to use that account than i found rs. 2000 negative balance in my salary a/c. Please help to get out from this. I don't know why my a/c is showing negative balance.

                          Dear all,
                          My credit card emi payment date is on 12th and due to few reasons i couldn't pay my monthly installment on date and i paid after 12 days and the customer care people contact me and threatened also used vulgar language. I said i will pay with extra fine and they were not ready. A girl who spoke to me used her local malayalam slang and used her all power to threaten me and my family. I strongly want her to get behind the bars. She is still keep on disturbing me. I am a nri who is residing in gulf and i got ashamed of the behaviour from such a reputed bank.

                            I have requested hdfc to refund my money of rs.1416 which was deducted from my account as amb charges without information, they have refunded me just rs.1200 only.
                            And again when i requested them for refund of rs.885 which they deducted from my account as annual charges without any intimating me they have provided refund of rs.750 only.
                            They are saying me the reason they have already paid gst for that.
                            I cannot just donate money simply for you and i am not here to donate you.
                            And you are making my most of the time in just requested refund and worry about this account.
                            And i want my rest of the money back immediately. Do refund

                              My first organisation opened a salary account in hdfc bank and later when i shifted company, they opened my salary account to a different bank. Now hdfc has converted my salary account to savings without any intimation and has been charging fees each month. I even spoke to their consumer rep on call and requested them to either close my account or undo the charges. Till date nothing has been done and it is charging me bomb as defaulters

                                Hdfc bank sent the sms like that-"dear customer your completed personal loan application is now accepted. Pls. Quote. Ref. No.67937768 for any status update -"my loan application no.67003511

                                But when check with that ref. No. Their no result found after that i contact customer care they told me that the loan is rejected. But they do not give any reason for loan rejection

                                  I have taken centurion bank loan for my two wheeler hero honda passion plus in nov 2004 warangal location and the loan is already completed. I have not recieved any information from the bank regarding collection of my original rc nor noc. I am staying in hyderabad and iam not sure where i should check the details as the bank now as it is merged with hdfc. I have approached hdfc but they just say that they have no information about this.

                                    I purchased samsung mobile through my credit card on[protected], same was cancelled on[protected] and on[protected] samsung refunded the amount of rs. 9909/-, after that 5 times i contacted hdfc customer care to look into that matter, and asked them to make sure it should cancel from your side.
                                    But in the bill for the month of may 2019 hdfc debited the emi from my card, which was not relevant. Now i have contacted 10 times hdfc to resolve it, but they are not bothering and saying that they cant do anything, only samsung can do.
                                    Samsung customer care are saying that they have cancelled the order and refunded the amount into card. Emi cancellation will be done by hdfc.
                                    Please resolve the issue.
