HDFC Bank — Card no [protected] - reward points redemption done, products not received.

Hi team,

I am tushar chahal a very old customer of hdfc bank, using a credit card (Card no - [protected]) of hdfc from last 6 years.
On 25 april 2017, i had given a request in a branch to change the address associated with credit card, the same has been done and verified by me on 4th may 2017. Now on 5 may, before redeming my reward points i again confirmed the address which is noida address and the same is being confirmed by the executive on call. I placed the request on the same day and its being confirmed as my reward points are being deducted, also i got an sms for the 2 product codes that i have ordered.
There was no update after that, on 6 may when i called up the customercare, i was given 2 tracking numbers for both the products. I was shocked to see that both the products were sent to bangalore address. Why?
When i enquired the same from the customer care, i got a reply "sir, the product will be shipped to noida only, it being transferred in parts, so the 1st stop is in bangalore, now it will come to noida". I asked the guy do i look like illetrate to you. But he stick to his answer. I thought i was new to a whole different world of hdfc.
As you can find in the tracking screen shot, on 12 may the shipment was returned chennai. (Please ask your call center guys to use some brain).
I called up again on 19 may, and asked the customer care to resend the products to new, updated address.
This time there was no tracking number provided but i received one product on 24 may. I was surprised to see there is only 1 product inside that box. 2nd product was missing, i thought i will receive it soon. So again i called up the customer care and asked the same. I got a reply that both the products were in same box. (Why were you sending them as separate products on 1st placement of order now why they are in same box).
Later i got to know that it was an excuse, only 1 product was shipped.
Around 27 may, i again called up the customer care helpline and asked to deliver the second product. There was no update on my registered mobile no about the product shipped. I followed up in between around 1 jun and it is being told to me that the product is in transit, on enquired about the tracking number i was told that it is not available currently but you will got the product soon. On 13 jun i again the customer care helpline and the guy gave me the tracking id. God help me. When i track it using the tracking id on indian post site i got to know that the product was shipped through indian post and for 10 days it was moving around noida and then shipped back to chennai on 29 may. Hdfc is supposed to update me on this.

Why the product was shipped to bangalore? (Possible answer - to harress me)
Why is the other product not shipped with the first product? (Possible answer - to harress me)
Why inidan post is used as courier partner when at the first time bluedart was available as an option? (Possible answer - to harress me)
Why i have not received my product despite of calling you for 15 times? (Possible answer - hdfc has no intention of giving the products to me)

One last thing i want to ask you. If i have missed any payment of my monthly bill hdfc has imposed a panelty for the same (With late charges). After so much harresment, so many calls and still i haven't received my product. Hdfc is supposed to give me panelty. What should be that panelty? I dont want your apology as you would also not accept the same in case i miss paying any bill of credit card.

Ps: there is no need to apologize for inconvenience caused to me as i am already harassed i want hdfc to give me my products and also pay some penalty for the same.
