[Resolved] HDFC Bank — cash debited but money not dispensed from atm

Hello I had made an atm withdrawl from citi bank, dlf it park2 branch from my hdfc account on 31st oct 2017 @ 1:55pm ist of rs -10000 and rs-6000. The amount has been debited from my account but i have not receicved the cash. Also i have received the dispense failure slip from the atm. I had made complaint in hdfc bank on 1st nov 2017 but didnt recevied any fruitful response from there relationship manager. All the time they had giving me different update. Hdfc mangers didnt know how to handle customer and they dont have knowledge in there service. (Complaint no.1433037 and 1433040). Request you to help me with the refund at the earliest. I have made payment through payzapp app to my HDFC account which turns into failure of transaction and amount deducted from payzapp app but not credited into my account also app shows

Transaction type: Withdrawal
billed: Yes
Please look into this and let it resolved at earliest.
