I had updated the new mobile through atm by using more option and mobile update from old mobile number ([protected]) to new mobile number ([protected]) on last saturday
But it has not been updated until.

Could you please assist on this as soon as possible, because i have to do some online amount transfers once i will get my one time otp password.

Really disapointed, they dont even listen to the problem just direct transfer to system. Not even give proper information. Just disappointed. Never reccomending hdfc. Customers satisfaction 0.
I purchased Samsung S8 in July under the cashback scheme from HDFC CREDIT CARD. I haven't received 3000 rupees till now as 90 days time is over too. kindly help.

    People from various branches of hdfc and who looks like their vendors of keep calling me for personal loan/business loan very frequently. Even after repeatedly requesting the callers to add my number to dnd they still keep calling me.

    It's so annoying and frustrating. I get at least 1 calls per day asking if you interested in personal or business loan.

        Very bad experience with hdfc dharmapuri branch. I applied for jewel loan on 09/11/17, first, they assured in the interest rate of 11%. But at the final processing, they put 13.50%. Very worst bank i have ever seen. These branch employees are not honest and even not transparent, they put a lot of hidden charges. So many dishonest worst employees/managers in this hdfc dharmapuri branch. Tn

        I will upload those proof soon.

        I recommend go to some other bank.

          cash debited but money not dispensed from atm

          Hello

          I had made an atm withdrawl from citi bank, dlf it park2 branch from my hdfc account on 31st oct 2017 @ 1:55pm ist of rs -10000 and rs-6000.
          The amount has been debited from my account but i have not receicved the cash.
          Also i have received the dispense failure slip from the atm.
          I had made complaint in hdfc bank on 1st nov 2017 but didnt recevied any fruitful response from there relationship manager....

          I made a flight booking using smartbuy on 18 oct, 2017 and flight booking got failed from smartbuy side but my money got deducted.

          After that i got mail that in 1 hour refund will be processed and same will be credited to your account in 7 days but it didn't happen till now.

          I tried to call smartbuy customer service so many times (More than 20 times) and every time they are saying that in next 2 days you will get your money.

          Now i am really frustrated and i want you to take this seriously other wise i have to take serious action against hdfc smartbuy.

            I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 300 inr (200 for security amount & 100 as the top up amount). The reference number of the application is hfr010214. I have uploaded signed copy of the final document and rc/aadhaar and since then there is no update.

            There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended.

            I have been with hdfc for 4 years now (Saving acc, loans, hdfc life) and this is the worst moment with them.
            The purpose of applying online is faster processing otherwise would have applied and got it in any toll gates. Please update on the status.

            I applied for the HDFC Fastag on the 20th of January’18, paid the fee of Rs 300/- thru credit card. Subsequent to that on the 21st Jan’18, uploaded the filled in application with my photo to complete the application process. I received an SMS on the 25th Feb’18 saying my Customer Id is[protected] and Wallet Id is [protected]. I received my Fastag on the 5th Feb’18.
            NOW I am trying to register on the HDFC Fastag website with my customer ID and Wallet ID, it reaches the point of “GENERATE PIN”, but I don’t get the “PIN” via SMS on my registered mobile number… I have tried to generate the PIN several times but have so far not been able to….
            Please help me register my Fastag to recharge my Fastag account.

Now i am trying to contact thru their toll free number and it always always busy. HDFC bank also helpless. is there any other contact for getting my Rs.300/- refund.                   As from past 7 months i am facing issue from both icici bank & hdfc bank and no one are helping to solve my issue
                  Even i went to branch offices of both banks but no use, even i requested number of complaints from customer care of both banks they also helpless
                  And my issue is on 4th april 2017 from my icici bank account transferred rs.7500/- using upi method to my hdfc account but amount deducted in icici account stating that transaction successful with ref no.[protected]... Same ref no.[protected] showing in hdfc upi payment history (Kindly refer attachment for your reference)
                  But not reflecting in my hdfc account,
                  When i call to cust care hdfc they are saying to raise complaint in icici bank (You can check mail proof) and i tried to raise complaint but they are saying "rbi given reference number is there so contact hdfc we cannot help in this case"

                  I have made transaction via icici mobile app via upi and amount is not credited in my beneficiary account even after 7 months, and, i have registered the complaint as well, even customer care guys says it will take time to resolve,, i need it for some important purpose as my father got expired last month now it is very emergency

                  I waited patiently since 7 months because of hope on both banks but now i lost my hope kindly check this issue and resolve my problem

                    I tried to transfer Rs.200 from my payZapp wallet to my Indian Bank account On 01.11.17 at 07.08pm - transaction failed due to incorrect IFSC code. But, still my amount not returned/ refunded to my Wallet. Take necessary action and refund my amount as soon as possible.

I contact payzapp customer care number[protected] but this number is not received call. Every time this number getting bg. Then i call hdfc customer care number date[protected]. And your customer exicutive said please contact payzapp coustmar care. Today is[protected] but my money not returned. So please help and answer me fast and i needed my money next day. If don't take my money tommorow i will go consumer court.

                        I called hdfc bank on nov 4, 2017 as my account was debited twice towards my quarterly lic installment payment. The customer rep reporting to ravi. [protected]@hdfcbank.com spoke to me. She was pitching for card up gradation. I clearly mentioned to her that i want her to address my concern related to wrong debit of lic premium. She even promised a call back to me @ 2:00 p. M on monday nov 6, 2017. I waited for the call hoping my incorrect debit of lic premium will be credited to my account. On november 7, 2017 i again called up hdfc bank i waited on the call for 45 mins before speaking to a rep. I asked him to check the earlier call log so that he knows the issue. To my surprise the executive told that there are no call log found. He can only see a request from my end to upgrade my card. I asked him to cancel the request immediately. He lied to me stating that he had cancelled the up gradation request. He gave me a ticket kolc[protected] regarding my wrong debit towards the lic installment. Today i got a sms from hdfc regarding a new card getting issued to me, i also got the pin no. I have no clue that where is this card and when i am going to get the card. My existing atm card is not getting accepted. I have no cash as my atm card is inactive. Worst part is the new card is linked to my current account and not my savings account.

                            Such a game they are playing with me.

                                My account number is '[protected]' and my name is p. Harish. From last 5 moths lots and lots of money is deducting form my account without any intimation even though it is 'salary account'.

                                Please refund all the amount back. I'm very unhappy with your services.

                                If this is not resolved i'm gonna file a case against your bank. Please take this as a serious matter.

                                  I am having a Corporate Salary Account with HDFC Bank over 5 years at Kharadi Branch, Pune. My name is Tanumoy Ghosh and my registered email id with HDFC is [protected]@ymail.com.
                                  HDFC Bank has incorrectly debited Rs. 885 from my account and after several follow-ups they have reversed partial amount i.e. Rs. 750 back to my account. On further enquiring I have been told that rest of the amount i.e. Rs (885 – 750) = Rs. 135 is deducted for GST and already paid to the Government, hence they won’t be reversing that amount.
                                  My concern is that HDFC have made an incorrect deduction on my hard earned money and how the money being invested / used are solely internal to them but why shall I be liable to bear the amount being a customer when the mistake is from HDFC side, if someone needs to bear it then it should be by HDFC Bank itself as they made the mistake not me but it has been put on me being a customer.
                                  I have tried to reach HDFC from every possible channels right from their Support Team to MD, but none of them turned out to be helpful yet to resolve the matter entirely. Hence I am putting it over here, so that people become aware how HDFC is dealing with people’s money being one of the top rated bank in Corporate Sector.
                                  Below are the date-wise happenings:
                                  19th September, 2017: I have got a recorded call claimed to be HDFC Bank and the number seems to be from Chennai which says that my existing debit card ending need to be blocked as the card details are detected for a security risk and HDFC Bank will re-issue a same category Debit Card without any charge. I took it serious as the call took full 16 digits of my debit card correctly.
                                  I have addressed this to HDFC Customer Support over email ([protected]@hdfcbank.com) to verify whether the call was real or fake.

                                  20th September, 2017: I called Phonebanker explaining the recorded call that I have received on 19th September, he checked and confirmed me that my card is at potential risk and need to be blocked, on the same call itself I get the card blocked and get a request raised for a new card.
                                  Then I have received an email from Riskcontrol.[protected]@hdfcbank.com confirming that the existing card is blocked and they would re-issue a new card.

                                  27th September, 2017: I have received a response from [protected]@hdfcbank.com vide reference number[protected] confirming that the recorded call on 19th Sept on which I enquired was the case from HDFC Bank, so that was a re-assurance to me that it was a real initiative from HDFC Bank only.

                                  5th October, 2017: I have been charged with Rs. 885 with Narration: "DEBIT CARD ISSUANCE FEE”.
                                  I have called HDFC Phonebanker and raised a complaint regarding the incorrect amount deduction as for agreeing on re-issuance of new debit card I have been earlier told that it’s a HDFC Bank Security initiative and it won’t attract any charges.
                                  I took it to twitter to @HDFCBank_Cares and they have asked me to email them the details at [protected]@hdfcbank.com with Ref No. TW[protected], I did the same but unfortunately no response received till today after repeated follow-ups.

                                  12th October, 2017: I waited for a week but received no communication from HDFC inspite of calling Phonebanker and mailing to them as instructed to me in Twitter.
                                  Then, I have dropped an email to my Customer Relationship Manager Ms. Anjana Jha (anjana.[protected]@hdfcbank.com) and got the partial amount Rs. 750 refunded to my account on 16th October, 2017.
                                  On enquiring about why the additional Rs. 135 not refunded I got a call from Kharadi Branch Person named Priyanka and she informed me that it has been charged as GST and cannot be refunded. My case was registered vide number #PUNC[protected].
                                  Till date when I ask Anjana for an update, I got to know that either they are not getting any reply from Kharadi Branch or they are still awaiting for approval from Kharadi Branch and this way a month has passed since the incorrect deduction been made from my account.
                                  I have also called to the Risk Control Team of HDFC Bank (+91 044 –[protected] that my Branch has deducted money for the new debit card which is not aligned with what they said me initially while requesting me to take a new debit card. They told me that they used to send instructions to the corresponding branches, but at times the branches do mistakes and for that I need to take it up with Branch and they won’t be interfering in it.

                                  21st October, 2017: I realised that it might need a push from higher management to prioritise the matter to Kharadi Branch.
                                  Hence, I filled up a Grievance Redressal Form - Savings Account in HDFC site briefing the matter and received an automated response from Grievance.[protected]@hdfcbank.com vide reference number[protected] that it will be responded in 2 working days but nothing received as of yet.
                                  At the same time, I took the MD’s Mail ID from HDFC site and mailed at [protected]@hdfcbank.com regarding the matter and again no response.
                                  I have followed up on both the Grievance as well as MD’s mail if I get a response on that.

                                  My Customer Relationship Manager, Ms. Anjana Jha has clearly instructed to revert the GST amount i.e. Rs. 135 but don’t know what Kharadi Branch is doing from so long and even not giving me a clear update on my matter.

As per the current Finance Bill, all fees and transaction charges, levied in your card account, will attract a rate of GST @ 18%. In terms of these guidelines provided by the Finance Bill, the Bank will be levying the GST accordingly and thereby wish to reiterate that GST component once charged will not be reversed.                                   Let me clear you that the I have not requested for a new debit card. One fine evening I have been called from HDFC Bank that they are re-issuing a new debit card and blocking the current debit card due to security reasons and THAT DO NOT CHARGE ANYTHING AS IT IS BANK INITIATIVE.

                                  Then why have you deducted amount for the new debit card issuance when it was HDFC Bank initiative not mine, so it proves that it's a mistake from your side.

                                  Now coming to your policies and all, the amount you have deducted is my hard earned money, and that too you didn't informed me while re-issuing the new debit card, else I would not have agreed for that.

                                  Once you will say it is of no charge, then you will charge and then will not refund money, what kind of professionalism is this ?
                                  Whether you deducted the amount for GST or anywhere else, that's none of my business, what I only know that you have deducted my money mistakenly, so if the amount need to bear that would be from your (HDFC Bank) end, why shall I bear the amount for your mistake. I NEED JUSTIFICATION FOR THIS.

                                  It is illegitimate that you are deducting amount from customer's account having said them earlier that the services are chargeless. It clearly proves communication gap among your internal teams and department, but I have wondered to see that you forcefully want customer to bear the cost for your own mistake.
                                  Is this the new policy defined by HDFC to retain their customers by playing double sided role, saying chargeless service but after giving the service they are charging for that.

                                    Sir, i want to clarify that my salary account is opened on my residence proofs of himachal pradesh in hdfc mall road branch ludhiana punjab, and i am working in m/s happy steels pvt ltd. Kanganwal road ludhiana as assistant manager billing and accounts.

                                    I also want to clarify that i do not have any residence in ludhiana punjab, self or rented, and i used to up/down on bike daily to my office which is 85 kilometers from my native place.

                                    I am applying for personal loan from a long period due to my requirement, as i have talk so many time your head office chandigarh office with mam seema, mam kabita and so many others of your executives, and also the executives of my parent branch mall road ludhiana, when i apply from himachal pradesh, our parent branch executives says that they can not approve the loan on the basis of application of himachal pradesh
                                    On the other hand my parent brach is not approving the loan amount because i do not have any residence proof of ludhiana punjab, they says that i have to arrange rent deed from ludhiana anywhere, then they can approve
                                    One the basis of suggession made to me by your executives i arrange rent deed on the residence proof of my factory coleague,
                                    And the another online application was filled as per the guidelines of your executives, after that they process the application,
                                    My loan amount is only rejected because my coleague refuses to show his residence property.

                                    Now i want to know how can i apply for loan, it can not be approved in himachal pradesh because i am not working in himachal pradesh,
                                    On the other hand it also can not be passed because i do not have any residential proof/property in punjab.
                                    I want to know, why my loan is not approved, when all the shown documents were as suggested your executives,

                                    And i want to tell you that my loan is not approved only due to your executices only

                                      I applied online for fastag through hdfc fastag program. I made payment of 300 inr (200 for security amount & 100 as the top up amount). The reference number of the application is hfr008657. I had received e email with the reference number. I have also submitted application online. It doesnt show any acknowledgement nor any confirmation for further process. Since then i have been trying to contact on the toll free number but no one picks up. There are no updates regarding my application/money whatsoever. Let me know what is the status
