On 28th oct & 4th nov 2017, 2 airtel postpaid bills were paid via using smart pay option, both the payment are showing up in my this months bill period, but still i didnt got any confirmation from operator that your bill has been paid.
Need to know, where is the delay, please help.
Already bill payment date for 1 bill has exceeded, still no confirmation from operator, i will be stuck to pay 2 bills now, because the issue or concern of smart pay
HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
