I have bought my samsung refrigerator with hdfc bank debit card in reliance vadodara.As mentioned by hdfc bank (To receive cashback of 2500 within 90 days from the transactional month end) i haven’t received my cashback till now, it is more than 90 days. I have asked to the customer care also about the same but dont get any proper response from there side also. Help me out with this.

Updated by Shaikh mehfooza My complaint is not yet resolved as i dont get any cashback not even any call from their side or not any response. Please help me as i am in need of money.

Updated by Shaikh mehfooza Sorry to say but dont get any response till date, its already a week is over of complaint also no one is contacting and providing any information. If you dont pay any cashback then dont give such fake promises and dont give a hope that it will receive. Its already 4 months started

Really worst experience ever, no response from hdfc bank also tha complaint.in is also not at all responding for this fraud. Atleast inform when i will get my cash back or else whether i will get or not ???? If you want i will provide you the details of my loan id and all
