I bought an apple iphone xr

Date: 7th january 2020
Dealer: croma mum-phoenix market city kurla a123 mumbai 400070
Billing amount paid: rupees 49, 900.00
Mode of payment: hdfc debit card

Cash back of rupees 5000 was suppose to be credited in my hdfc bank account within 120 days but yet not received.

I request the authorities to kindly take action for the same.

Updated by Rushi@11 I have already given a complaint about cashback to HDFC bank through mail and this website. It was given before 15 days still no action has been taken.Now how long i have to wait for my cashback
