[Resolved] HDFC Bank — cashback not received | |||
On 28th of november we purchased a lg washing machine and opted for consumer durable loan to avail 5% of cashback that is 1300 and even after paying 4emi the cashback is not given. Even the consumer durable loan number given is not responding even after waiting for 20 long minutes for the call to be connected. This is very disappointing behaviour from hdfc bank department. Today morning I received a SMS that an Amount if Rs. XXX at vodafone on[protected]:35:10. The credit card was in my possession all the time and I have not made any such transaction. I have also blocked the card.

After providing all the documents and done with the verfications they decline the application without giving proper reason. Kindly help me with the matter soon. As i got the call from hdfc for applying credit card
