[Resolved] HDFC Bank — cashback not received till now | |||
I had purchased oneplus 6 from amazon.in on 01/06/2018. Hdfc bank's 10% cashback offer on debit card payment was there. Before purchasing the product i called bank's customer care & they told me that the casback will be credited to your account within 90 days. Then after their confirmation i ordered the product. But till now no cashback received. Its 5 months now. Even i have contacted with the bank also but they are also unable to help me. I have tried phone banking numbers several times but unable to reach their customer care representative, every time call disconnected. So what should i do now.? Please help me..
