[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — cc limit dropped in ac [protected]

Respected sir / madam,

We are having cc limit in your new panvel branch. We associate with hdfc bank more than 10 years & we maintain our account very carefully we understand the our account image & our name you are never getting outward cheque return in our account. We always believe in faithfull relation with our bankers & customers, but we also same thing expect from your side.
We are already mail you a letter & clearly mention regarding our cc limit & give request for deduct 10 lac immediately out of 15 lac & balance amt. Deduct 1 lac every month several time we spoken with
Our rm mr. Udit singh after all this yesterday morning we receive your sms regarding our cc limit was zero.
Respected sir/madam you are charging much higher rate of interest which was mention in our previous letter. But, it is not a correct way of business. If you don’t need good customers we are ready to close our all 15 accounts including our parent account for the name of lawas lube specialities a/c no - [protected]. We are also hoping & expecting reducing roi as per general market practice.
I hope you will see in this matter seriously, we are already planning for shifting our all accounts.
