Dear sir, I am a customer of hdfc bank. I am holding auto loan issued by hdfc bank. I have done a lot of request for changing my loan emi date which is 05th of the month. I want to change the same to after 10th of every month. As i have change my job and the salary credit date is not same as earlier due to which i have insufficient balance in my account on the scheduled date. Please help me regarding the same. Verified Support Sep 06, 2018 HDFC Bank Customer Care's response Dear Customer, We like to confirm that as per the terms of the loan agreement signed and executed by you the EMI banking date for your loan is 5th of every month due to which we are unable to shift it to 10th of every month. In case you wish to opt of 7th as EMI due date, please visit the nearest Retail loan service center along with the request for shifting the EMI banking date to 7th of every month and meet our customer service desk who will assist you further.
