[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — Change of HDFC Relationship Manager

Hello HDFC BANK, My current Relationship Manager provides me horrible service even though I’m a Preferred Customer.

I raised few requests to him more than a month ago and he didn’t resolve them yet.
Even to open a locker, he asked me to do an investment first and only then I got a locker

I tried changing relationship manager in net banking, but didn’t work properly.

How can I raise a request to change my relationship Manager..??

HDFC bank service quality is going down the drain. I have account with HDFC Bank for last 15 years and am a preferred customer but lately services have been terrible. My RM does not pick up the answer the calls. I wanted to buy some forex but my RM didn't answer my calls. Then I visited nearest branch (Ahmedabad, Adalaj, Trimandir branch) to buy Forex and they said they don't have forex services and I had to visit Navrangpura branch. My whole day got wasted. The HDFC Bank website says that forex facility is available in all branches but it is not a fact. My RM Mr Suvankar Deb does not answer my calls.
I am highly dissatisfied and disappointed with HDFC Bank.
