HDFC Bank — changing emi date of personal loan

Hi,

I am an existing customer of HDFC Person Loan, inspite several complaints from last few months my EMI Date has not been changed from 7th to 10th and I am paying unnecessary bouncing charges every month due to this and its effecting my CIBIL. Please look into this matter as its very necessary. It has effected my CIBIL score and I am not able to apply for any credit cards or other facilities due to this reason.
