Cancellation of one assist membership
I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1399/- from my credit card number ending with 9012 without my concern on date:24.04.2018. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1399/-

    Sub : excess interest charged by bank
    Silver shine chemicals ac. No.[protected]

    1) i have cash credit limit of rs.50lacs rate of interest is mclr + 2.80% interest payment : monthly rest unless otherwise specified current mclr is 7.95% so my interest rate should be 10.75%, instead of bank is charging 10.90% interest which should be wrong. You should give me back interest.
    2) secondly insurance policy of my office which is a collateral security for this cash credit limit was expired on[protected] which was renewed from[protected] to[protected] but policy was received late so it was submitted on 12-04-18. Bank has charged according to me it is not fair. I have already renewed the policy but it is submitted late because we have received it late from insurance co. So it is my request to give me refund of penal interest which is charged by bank.

      Please note that i applied for hdfc credit card and got reference no : [protected]s3. No one came for verification at my office and residence too. I got multiple calls at office too for verification. Today got checked in hdfc link showing track your card application. Found the reason as follows. Application reference number [protected]s3 status disapproved who called us for credit card and we never gone to hdfc for the same. Gopi, executive called and we given all papers and verification also done positively. I called customer care and they are not giving any reason for rejection. As per rbi guideline circular no - rbi/[protected]/100 bod. Fsd. Bc.23/24.01.011/2008-09 dated[protected]. Hdfc bank should give us reason or else we also file complaint in rbi and bank ombudsman. We want reason for rejection as it will hit my cibil. My cibil was all clear and i got home loan too on same address. If we will not find reason for rejection, we will file case in consumer court. It is my dignity which got effected and i am fully made up my mind for filing legal case against hdfc. I never had any credit card or liabilities from any bank in the past. Please provide reason or else i will file case in consumer court. Regards rajender [protected] & [protected] please suggest me what is next process. And where exactly my application got disapproved.         I had asked for a joint account in the name of me qnd my husband.
        Highly unsatisfied with the services of your staff.
        They had initially said it would be done within 3 days, it’s been 2 weeks since.I visit the bank everyday.On each visit the bank personnel ask for new documents.
        Does the institution not know the ethics of service and value of time?!
        What kind of services are you wishing to provide as an institution?Is the the aim and vision of HDFC bank?.
        No one knows how the work is to be done, highly irresponsive staff!
        All they do is say: we cannot do anything, it’s not in our hands?!
        If it isn’t done in another day’s time, being a lawyer, I most certainly seek legal action.
        I request you to please look into the matter as soon as possible .

          My salary account (In hdfc bank) was created by company, so once i left the company and joined somewhere else i had to open another salary account. Now my salary account in hdfc bank has been converted to savings account (Without informing me or warning me) in the month of december i had called customer care and raised a request to close my account as i did not want to use the account and they did say that they will follow up with the request and close the account. After that i never logged in to my account through net banking and i do not have a debit card (Lost in 2 months back and i never requested for a new one). I logged into my account for some reason on 6th june and i see that i have rs -1410 in my account. I request you to please take action against this bank.. They have no right what so ever to do whatever they want without informing the customer

            Dear sir madam,
            This request i am writing to bring to your notice very important fact that
            Is happening in credit card banking. I am the best victim of this.
            I hold hdfc saving bank account, my security account, and debit card.
            Considering hdfc as very good bank and believing that i am previlege customer of
            Hdfc, it has offered me credit card.
            I was very happy with my debit card but hdfc offered me credit card. Loan account. I was never a defaulter.
            However while giving credit card hdfc advised me to select
            "minimum amount auto payment" instead of complete amount.
            I have selected this as advised.

            From last few months i was getting credit interest (3.49 % per month) on my credit account which
            Surprised me. This debit intrest is there from many months. When i saw this huge debit interest i asked bank and they very nicely
            Said that it is an interest. I have following questions..

            1. Being previlege customer hdfc/hdfc (Brm) has not taken single pain to call me and inform
            And alert me. I hold huge portfolio in hdfc so why should i pay debit intrest amount. Why should i take loan on 41.5%. Too high.
            Rather from my salary i have already repaid my housing loan.

            2. Some sms i got on my mobile was so unclear that i could not determine it what exactly happen in my credit card account.

            3. Even after so many days of debit balance in credit card hdfc never informed me
            Except in statement.
            4. Reason for all this is just becuase hdfc was getting interest and hence never
            Thought of informing customer.

            5. I have doubt that all credit card holders (Mostly geriatric) might have been given
            "minimum amount auto payment" option so that they can ignore payment and hence
            Debit intrest can be be claimed by bank. This earning seems to be unfair.

            6. I have got so many calls for increasing credit call limit, however i did not get any call for the debit interest i am paying.
            This earning is basically psychological exploitation of custome7. R. Bank make us dependent on them for all other offers and
            Credit card affairs and only for debit interest they won't call. This is unfair and i request ombudsman to look in to such all
            Accounts of hdfc.

            7. Hdfc customer service reqpresentative on date

            7. I have also logged complaint no[protected] but no action.. Taken
            8. Hdfc also charges interest on interest, which is very ridiculous.
            9. Hdfc does not provide any historical statement.

            On june 5 in the afternooni have changed the option from "minimum amount pay" to "full amount pay".

            My request to hdfc is that this interest should be waved off though i paid this amount upfront without any hiccups.

              My name is vani. I'm a hdfc bank customer. Amb charges are debiting from my account without my notice.in the month of june 2 times amb charges are debited - on 08 june 2018 on the same day two times rs 708.00 & 531.00 was deducted. This is very hectic without any intimation unnecessarily my amount is being debited. So i am requesting you to refund all this amount to my account. If you are not going to refund my amount i have to close this account for sure & i will do compliant against this to rbi or consumer forum. Really fed-up with this bank request you to kindly get it resolved.

                Purchased a product worth 35576 rs through debut card emi on 15 may, but after a day got cancelled the product and seller is successfully transfered the money into my account, but last day hdfc bank had deducted my first emi of 4222 rs, when i contacted the bank they didn't gave me any response, please solve my issue as soon as possible

                  My name is sundeep, amb charges are debiting from my account without my notice. This is really unfair. Why would the bank charge something without prior notice or explaining the user what this is for. I have not signed up for any speciality functions from my account. Please refund my amount. This amount has now been charged for the month of may and not sure if this would ever stop.

                    My credit card account was incorrectly billed annual fee and gst was charged over it. Annual fee was reversed when i contacted bank but they are denying to reverse gst which was billed on the annual fee. How can a tax be still legitimate when the original charge is non existent? When i said them that i use the emails as proof to file complaints in consumer forum, they have stopped responding to my emails as well. My cell no. Is [protected]. How can i get this reversed and get compensation for the mental harassment.

                      I am the customer of your esteemed bank holding account number- [protected] in sector-11 Panchkula’s branch.

                      A fixed deposit amounting to ₹100000 was made by me on[protected]. This FD was recently renewed on[protected]. I tried liquidating this fixed deposit through net banking but was unable to do so as it showed an alert message stating that a lien exists on it. As per my knowledge, there was a credit card (Credit card number [protected])issued on this FD but it was neither used by me nor it’s PIN was generated. Also, I made a request to cancel the same in my home branch.

                      Today[protected], I contacted my home branch to resolve this issue but unfortunately they were not able to provide an apt solution.

                      I hereby request you to liquidate my fixed deposit as soon as possible as I am in urgent need of money.

                        Dear sir i would like to inform you that my account was salary but now it has converted into savings account. Recently i had a talk with bank employee they said maintain minimum account of 10000 i did it. But on 6th and 7th july my 3000 rs has deducted. I dont know why it happen really this account is very unofficial cheating to its customer. I recommend to every one never ever keep the hdfc bank account because they are cheater. Any way i am closing the account i dont want the money let them take it that is the alms to the beggary bank.

                          I applied for hdfc credit card and my card application was approved and i got a message saying that your card has been dispatched and will be delivered within three working days, but even after five days when i did not get my card i mailed to hdfc complaint id and next day i got response via email that your card has been returned undelivered for reason "wrong pincode".

                          Bank timing is 9.30 am to 3.30 pm. I daily have to wait till 10.00 am means 25 min to 30 min as staff is engage with manager for meeting .

                          I could not understand why u can't take it before or after the time .

                          I have to daily waste my time because of this careless means of bank manager.

                          Hope I issue is reached and could get resolved .

                              I have applied for HDFC Credit Card .I have submitted all the papers like Bank statements, Pan Card, Aadhar Card, ID card of company. Verification was also done at home on last saturday. My all documents are authenticated and even showed originals.
                              I checked the status today in application status and come up with this result stated -:

                              We told to HDB Financial who called us for Credit Card and we never gone to HDFC for the same. Mamta, Executive called and we given all papers and verification also done positively.

                              I called Customer care and they are not giving any reason for Rejection. As per RBI GUIDELINE, HDFC Bank should give me reason or else i will also file complaint in RBI and bank ombudsman.

                              I want Reason for Rejection as it will low my CIBIL.

                              Please provide reason or else i will file case in consumer court as i have made up my mind to do this if i will not get reasons.

                                I have completed 15 months with HDFC bank by payiny personal loan. Now I would like to do Balance Transfer from Tata Capital to HDFC Bank and after all this bank is now telling me to pay the foreclosure charges 22, 000/- I have been paying all my dues on time without missing out. Im not in a position to pay any charges. The person who gave me the loan from the bank name - Pavan Dubey and Reshma are not answering to my calls or not replying to any messages. I would like to waive off the charges. My EMI is already been taken out today and now bank is not excepting my BT cheque. Plz resolve this at its earliest.

                                  I have opted for balance transfer from HDFC Bank, Bank has asked for all the documents & have taken my signature, upon asking for followup they are niether sharing details nor they are telling anything correctly. Calling them multiple times, waiting for updates from past 15 days is not helping getting the case moved to next level.

                                  Have requested them to withdraw my application, but they are asking for money everytime, have asked for the procedures, but no one is responding.

                                  I want to request if one of the consumer officer can contact me & can reply to my query I will help them with complete details. I want to lodge complaint against bank & employee.& Want to appeal for severe punishment.

                                    Hi Team, My Salary account was created in HDFC bank in my first company. Later i moved to another company and unable to use HDFC card there. Then my salary account got changed to savings account and i was not informed on the same. I was able to maintain the HDFC account till last few months. But now due to several loans, i am not able to maintain hdfc account and they started penalizing me 600/- each month without informing. Till now a total of around 2400/- was deducted in past 5 months. Now even i keep 5000 rs in my account also, they deducted 450/- saying i need to maintain 10000/- for metro areas. They could have called me and informed atleast about this. I was not using registered mobile number and came to know about this when i logged in to net banking for some other work. Even though RBI suggested to not to penalize for non maintenance, why these banks keep on deducting money from accounts.

                                    Hi Team, Thanks for the support. After you sent mail to HDFC team, they contacted me and agreed to return my deducted money excluding GST charges. I received a mail from "[email protected]" and call from branch people and helped me to get my money back. Thanks all for understanding problem and solving it.                                       I had been charged Rs 600 for non maintaining balance of Rs 5000 in my account. I had been charged many times and I complained before also but no results. My HDFC account no is [protected] and I am maintaining this account because I get my annuity money every month.

                                        Its been years since i used my previous company salary account which i had it on hdfc bank. My account no is [protected], from past few months the bank been charging money from me for not maintaining the minimum balance. I almost payed around 2850rs and when i cleared the money and tried to cancel the account they again started saying there is some relief period after clearance of negetive balance and has to wait another week and today i been again charged with 700rs for not maintenance this is horrible act by bank services to an average guy who is having 20k as salary to live with. Please accept my complaint and do the needful against fraud bank like this.
