I'm using hdfc credit card. Without any intimation you have again auto deducted the amount of 1399 from my credit card for one assist mfee.

Last year also, i requested to cancel to your representative but you have said that the plan will be cancelled in one year but now it is again repeated and auto renewed without my approval or even not intimation.

Kindly cancel this plan and request you to refund the amount of rs:1399. This is unacceptable that you have been repeating the same.

    I have been charged twice for amb charges for the month of dec 2017. Rs. 708 charged twice with these reference no. S
    1. Amb chrg incl gst for dec2017-mir[protected] &
    2. Amb chrg incl gst for dec2017-mir[protected]
    Both charged on 22 may 2018

    And even after maintaining the balance of rs.10, 000 in the month of may, i have been charged rs. 518 with reference no amb chrg incl gst for may2018-mir[protected] on 6th june 2018

    I would like to know the reasons for the same.

    The charges levied pertain to non-maintenance of Average Monthly Balance of Rs. 10000.00 in your account since November 2017 to May 2018. Average Monthly Balance is calculated out at the end of the month. This is the average of the closing credit balance in the Account at the end of each day during the calendar month (i.e. a total of the daily closing credit balance divided by the total number of days during the month). In case this average is less than the minimum prescribed for your account, the charges for non-maintenance will be levied at the beginning of the following month along with the GST at the applicable rates. In case you do not wish to continue with your account, please visit our nearest branch and submit request for closure of your account.       In my saving bank account No. [protected] draw Rs. 11, 747.99 through credit card the message was comes on my phone. I do use my credit card last 4-5 months and its kept in safe custody. I want to know how its transaction made without otp. I do not know either this is the network problem or the crime occurred. I have also lodge the complaint on customer care on dt.[protected]Photocopy of the Credit card statement attached for your ready reference. I do not have the relation in abroad. This is the abroad transaction the customer care told me.
      please search this problem and reverse back my amount Rs. 11, 747.99 in my account. If you want any cooperation from my side i cooperate with you.

        Here, i give complaint for cancellation of one assist mfee which was deducted from my credit card number. [protected] on dated 08/06/2018 amount 1899/-. How this type of service work from, no any ideas? I don't know which type of service? Please, stop this service... One assist mfee..

          I TAKE A POLICY a policy of hdfc life insurance number 11884662 dated 24.5.2008.my policy number is matured dated 26.5.2018.I had summit all documents again and again by my registered email address [protected]@gmail.com. company compelling me to buy a new policy then transferred policy maturity benefits.               I had a salary account before 1 year back from company in noida, but i have left the company. Now my account is converted into saving account and i have charged for not maintaining the amb.

              Currently, my account hold balance is 2083 so, please close my account immediately because i have another salary account in idfc bank.

              So my question is that if i am not using this account for a year so why not close this account. If i am not longer with that employer.

              I am requesting to close my account. It's complete harassment

And we have doing continue transaction in your bank and monthly transaction has going 1 crore cash deposit on your bank. But the my problem is when we came in your branch for deposit the cash in our account. That time cashier tell us i have not received your cash because we always gave the heavy amount for deposit. And always excuse the your teller i seen the another customer. So i not received your cash. And always doing the bed behave... Mrs. Rajguru is your teller. So, plz request to you resolve the problem as well as we transfer & closed our account from your bank.

                  No matter how attractive their offers are, their customer care service is disappointing. Firstly they don't have a toll free customer care no. Secondly they lack so much in staff, that it takes around 15-20 minutes of waiting time to talk to them. Moreover they don't have any mechanism to inform their customers of their waiting no in queue. Their customers have no option, but to wait in frustration for long duration. To add to the frustration, their customer care staff aren't patient enough to solve customer's queries, they may drop your call anytime during conversation. If you are like me, who dislike unprofessionalism then don't go by this bank. My experience with this bank's customer service has been very frustrating.

                    I have made withdrawal of cash from atm where the amount got deducted with no money coming out... I have tried customer service since morning... Everytime number is busy and saying attending other customers... Which is absolutely false.. Since everytime i call get same response..

                          I lost my registered no. Ending 998.in this digital era we have procedure to fill form and send via courier.. Do you think customer have time to do so.. Please think and come alternative way o[censored]pdating mobile either via ivr or atm or internetbanking rather than doing manual processing. If someone lost mobile you current procedure recommends to block card because manual process takes min 3 days... Please think through... Or it can be updated online also then educate your customer service team.

                            Dear sir,

                            I had opened a salary account with hdfc noida branch and after leaving the company did not need it. I was maintaining balance of about 20000 rupees till i visited hdfc vaishali branch where the lady at customer service asked me to fill the application for closing the account and also asked me to withdraw the full balance amount from the atm. As advised i submitted the application and withdrew my balance. However hdfc did not close my account and is demanding charges for not maintaining minimum balance. As proof please provide me with the cctv video of the day when i requested my account closure. Also please let me know the reason for changing my account from salary to saving without my consent. I do not want to have any account with hdfc. Please let me know why my account has not been closed and why i have not been provided any information in this regard.

                            Please close my account immediately.

                              I paid my hdfc credit card bill amount of rupees 40, 450.14 on june 8th 2018 around 6 a. M. But i got a mail in afternoon that my autopay was initiated and due to non - availability of sufficient funds a payment return fee will be levied to your card account, if applicable. Then i called the hdfc credit card customer care service to complaint about the same. The customer service associate promised me that the amount will not be deducted from...

                              I have applied for credit card since 10 days. Now my application status is showing disapproved because of failed address verification. But no hdfc representative has visited my residential address. One hdfc representative called me 5 days back and i told him my exact address but he never came or called my mobile number. I am very dissatisfied with the bank service and representative call behavior. My credit card application number is [protected]s2. Please resolve this matter.                               On bank's website, status is still showing disapproved. Two bank executives called me for address verification a week before . I told them my address . But they never visited. I double checked with my landlord and neighbors . They also said no one from HDFC came for verification. I don't understand what's happening. How can the bank executives failed my address verification without even visiting my place. I also called the executives to know whether verification has done or not. They didn't even pick up. I went to bank, they told me 3 times my verification failed. Please tell your bank verification executives to check properly by visiting physically.

                              Its already been 15 days. Please look into this matter asap.

                                  I had lost my food plus card, i am a cts associate, could you block the card and issue the new card. Also my old card has balance money in that account around 2+ k.

                                  Could you please transfer the amount in the new card. I am waiting for you response.

                                    My f. D a/c no.5030dvice[protected]dt.03/06/17 matured on 04/06/18 with matured 4, 67, 034.20. To my utter dismay the renewed deposit inthe renewal advice is shown as rs 456625.20 against 467034.20 inthe deposit confirmation dt.03/06/2017. I have been contacting & e mailing the bank authorities but without result. Kindly intervene to resolve my grievance.

                                      very frequent unsolicited phone calls

                                      For the 6 to 8 months, i have been receiving calls very frequently from various hdfc agents for product offers. I am surprised how many such agents exits for hdfc. I would have blocked those mobile numbers nearly 50 numbers in the last 4 months. Inspite, i get repeated calls from different numbers which is frustating. Is it not possible to track details of calls where customer is unwilling after repeated calls and make do not disturb settings....
