[Resolved] HDFC Bank — charged processing fees for not processing loan | |||
I have requested for topup on home loan from hdfc bank ltd, as procedural documents they took blank cheque along with other documents. They first deducted my 3800 rs. And sent me email that we can not process your loan. How come they charge without giving loan. We are middle class people, depend on loan if bank start charging like this. How come we believe on bank. Below are the my details: Name: vishal dhanji devaliya Hdfc loan application - file no.[protected][id:[protected]] Amount charged: 3800 through icici bank cheque. On May 2, 2019. I ordered food in swiggy and cancelled my order on the same day. I got the message from swiggy that they have refunded the amount. still i did not get my money back. They are asking me to contact the bank. Please give a solution.
