[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Charges levied | |||||
We are preferred customer of hdfc bank shankar nagar bank. There is a false information given by the branch staff at the time of account opening. Our nre and nro accounts have been charged heavily inspite of fulfilling all the criteria of preferred banking. Kindly reverse the unnecessary charges levied so that we can use the accounts. Amount of rs. 12000/- has been levied for no reason. For branch staff inabilities we are not going to pay. Also, when we want to contact the branch staff, he is not available for different excuses.
