[Resolved] HDFC Bank — charges without opting credit shield insurance | |||
My name is aayush shah. Recently i applied for a hdfc credit card. I got the card after eligibility check. After one week, rs. 900 got deducted from my card for "hegic-crdt shld %26amp; fl cvr-" I did not opt for any of the credit shield policies in first place. I don't know why hdfc being such a reputed organisation cross sell these insurance products in this unauthorized manner. Disappointment. So i request to hdfc ergo to refund of rs 900 as soon as possible which was charged to my credit card without asking. My name is B. Chengaiah, i had taken personal loan on May 2017.but problem is forgot my loan account number. I need that number immediately.loan amount transaction is union bank of India. That a/c.no:[protected].cust.id:[protected].this is tirupathi branch, andrapradesh. Old rectify my problem immediately. I need my loan account number plz.

My account was debited twice with BRN cash transactions charges including GST within a span of five days in the month of November 2017. There were no major transactions during the same period. Please let me know why my account is debited and what i must do to resolve the issue like refund or the amount to be credited to my aaccount.
