How dare you guys can charge the service fee or whatever without customers knowledge. It is my salary account and service charge is free as mentioned while opening the salary account. This is something which is not acceptable Inst-alert chg inc gst jul-sep2018-mir[protected]Rs 17.70) This is the reference no and refund each and every fee till now which has been deducted from my account. Verified Support Oct 23, 2018 HDFC Bank Customer Care's response Dear Customer, Effective 1st April 2013, customer's registered for InstaAlerts service with 'SMS' facility, would be charged as follows: Salary/Savings Account: Rs. 15/- per quarter Current Account: Rs. 25/- per quarter Additional Information: Customer's who are registered only for 'Email' alerts facility for receiving InstaAlerts will not be charged. Debit/Credit Card Transaction alerts sent as per regulatory guidelines and NetBanking transaction alerts do not form part of InstaAlert Service. Customers who are not registered for InstaAlert service will continue to get these alerts free of charge. All fees and charges mentioned above will attract Goods and Services Tax (GST) @18%. -Anay HDFC Bank Customer Assistance.
