Hi, already my complaint is raised with complaint id 'hbl=[protected]'.

I wanted to draw the your attention towards poor banking you are providing and fooling people. I have applied for a credit card where your are providing free amazon cupons. Can i know why i am not entitled for amazon gift coupons?? As per my last mail i have shown evidences that this offer is currently active on all new credit cards!! Anyways i do not wanted to continue with cheats!

I am sure with this type of biased policy you are number 1 bank of india?!

    Hai, i applied for hdfc bank credit card and my card also approved and you dispatched to me through blue dart courier with awb no [protected].
    And no one called me from blue dart regarding that card. Once i got a message when you dispatched after that no communication from their side. And i tried to track the courier from the link they sent on that message they tried to make some attempts to deliver but because of the issue to find perfect address they held it. If they can't find exact location they have to contact but no communication. Kindly help with this.

        Two individuals from delhi, with numbers [protected] & [protected] (Attached call recordings), called me on behalf of hdfc life, stating that policy for which i had stopped midway, my agent is demanding commission on the same, to deny agent the commission and to claim entire amount for myself, i should give rs 50000/- for some noc something, they were making up. I figured that it is a lapse policy they are talking about and this is all made up, so i proceeded to say that i'll contact the branch so he had to disconnect.

        Please raise and pursue these fellas trying to openly scam people of their money.

          Sir.
          I met mr abhishek sahni, at hdfc bank rajpur road branch dehardun during last month. Some times in last week of september.
          On his advice as he told me that i should have not invested in multicap funds in reliance folio no.[protected]. It is better to get out of it and invest else were as after investing rs 40000/- i have get a growth of only rs13700/- only. On excepting his advice, i requested him to get the funds redeemed. He immediately wrote and application and asked me to sign, which i did.
          I told him will there be any problem let me know, to that he said its his responsibility now.
          On 16/10/2018 i checked my account money was not redeemed. I went to the branch met mr. Gurmeet singh, he told me that he will check the status and let me know, however in front of him i again called mr abhishek he did not pick my call.
          I met the manager of hdfc bank, rajpur road and infront of him i again called mr abhishek he did not pick up my call, hence, the bm told me that i should lodge a complaint and asked mr gurmeet to find out the reason and revert back to me by evening. Mr gurmeet promised me to revert back to me but he did not revert back by 6:30 pm.

          However, at 6:35 pm, i called mr gurmeet he told me that sham abhi shuru nahi hui hai so i did not call you and reliance should have informed you by mail and and sms. To this i told him that they have not done the same, mr gurmeet tells me abhishek is not at fault because it is the responsibility of reliance and i am welcome to spread rumours about mr abhishek. I have this conversation saved with me. Can submit whenever required.

          I bought the cap fund on suggestion of staff of hdfc.
          I was suggested by mr abhishek (Hdfc staff) to withdraw the funds as the funds are not good and not yeilding me returns
          Application was written by mr abhishek (Staff of hdfc), however signed by me.
          Application was submitted by mr abhishek, (Staff of hdfc)
          But followup is not responsibility of mr abhishek and according to mr gurmeet.
          I request concerned officers to take action and revert with me.

            Hdfc has been desucting monwy from my account regarding ach debit - without intimation, if the amount was small i would have never raised it but ₹2430 (September) & ₹2579 (October)! This is too much hdfc, i have not been working, and whatever small amount i get you keep deducting! You guys really suck! You guys need to realize not to take money from someone who hasnt been employed and could really use the money!

In terms of Clearing guidelines, issued by RBI, the clear fund's balance available in the account at the beginning of the day would be considered for the purpose of ECS(s) received in the clearing. We note that in your said account, the clear fund's balance at the time of presentation of the said ECS(s), was not sufficient to cover the ECS(s) received in the clearing. Therefore the ECS(s) was returned due to insufficient funds and the corresponding charges for ECS(s) dishonor were levied to your account. Kindly note that these charges attract GST as applicable.               Due to personal problem, i want to cancel and close my hdfc cridit card at the earliest. I have settled total due amount of rs 12888/. On today till date. I already have 2 more cridit cards on my name. I have many times told to mr magesh who issued me cridit card regarding cancellation. But he didnt do that sofar. I told him to atleast deactive my smart pay airtel prepaid cashback offer atleast. He has not done this also.
              Hence i request you to cancell and close my cridit card immediatly and confirm it thro my mail pl.

                I'm using hdfc credit card. I got a message that an amount of 1399/- was debited from my credit card without my permission on 17oct 2018.

                Kindly cancel this plan and request you to refund the amount of rs 1399/-. Please deactivate one assist membership & refund me all the deducted amount. This is unacceptable that you deduct amount on name of one assist mfee without customer's info. If it will happens again then i will cancel my credit card.

                  I have a hdfc bank dinner card as on 02/2016. My card number is [protected] so my service with hdfc bank is running very good but last april 2018 my mobile phone is lost so i am not received message from hdfc bank and no physical hard copy to my communication address. If my payment was due so hdfc customer care calling me and i deposit immediately my payment but i saw my statement last week hdfc bank credit card department me late fees charges rs. 2550/ yet.in against which amt is nominal for me only rs. 2400/-. I am very disappointment because of i regular depositor of my bills. Service is very worthless for me.
                  Now i want to reverse my late fees charges whichever you impose me i am giving details my transactions"-

                      My account is on hold since i was not able to pay minimum amount of credit card and still my car emi has not been deducted.
                      Even if have tried to get in touch with customer care and i haven't got satisfactory reply.
                      Please advise shall i pay my minimum amount so that my account will be unhold since i will not able to pay immediately full amount. If yes please advise on mode if i will transfer in my account it will be adjusted in negative.

                      Due to which i am not able to pay personal loan and car emi.
                      And to inform you i have been not using this card and card has not been delivered to my address as well it's with bank.
                      Please advise to unhold account on immediate basis.
                      I have never expected this kind of service with hdfc bank from which bank i have personal loan /car loan/cc from last almost for 4 yesrs due to some personal issues i was not able to pay minimum amount also.

                      My first complain was on 19th Oct and today it's 28th Oct and I have not received single proper response, I have sent mail as well but haven't received any response and in phone call customer care doesn't know the exact reason...might be because of this ..might be because of that ...u need to speak date department not dis.is this the way of making money ..if I have paid my cc amount has its not reflecting in my net banking
                      Please help .now it's very much irritating and frustrating

                              Hi my name is anil jadhav and i am of the salary account holder of hdfc bank (Account no.- [protected]). I am writing against hdfc bank, of auto deduction of my amount of rupees rs.5299.30/- which is in august 2018 + 32820/- which is on september 2018+ 115/- which on october 2018.

                              It was a successful transaction. But, i was shocked seeing the statement, as it showed me a sum of rs. 38234.30 inr was deducted from hdfc bank.

                              Now, this was not expected from such a reputed bank. So, i request hdfc bank to kindly refund the amount as this is a simple case of cheating from hdfc bank.

                              I have already raised the complaint in customer care and fir copy. I want the case to be solved asap as my complete salary has been blocked by hdfc bank. Please don't let me loose my hope in your bank.

                              Kindly, assist me further in this regard.

                              This is in regards to the mail i am sending. So, far i have not received any reply from you guys despite, of a auto generated email to hdfc bank, that my case has been escalated. You guys have blocked my complete salary and it is a clear case of fraud. I would request you guys to give me a solution for this asap or i will sure you guys in consumer court for fraud transaction and mental harassment. I wish to get a solution for the same maximum by 24 hrs or you have to face the consequences...

                              Many emails & called but they are not yet refund my debited money

                                If you can please provide feedback on this issue it would be great. I have cancelled this order and from the flipkart end it says that refund is completed but today the emi was automatically deducted.
                                Please resolve the issue. The return id is[protected].
                                Flipkart communicated me that the refund was processed on 21st of september and should had been credited till 2nd of october. But on 5th of october thr emi got deducted. The bank txn id is[protected]

                                  Hi,
                                  I have been using credit card since september 2017. I was lured to take credit card by offering me lifetime free membership. I asked them thoroughly that is there any hidden term and condition for which i will be charged. They cleary denied that i will never be charged for my membership. This month i saw in my credit card statement a transaction of 500 rupees in addition to rs.90 igst for membership renewal fees. Since the words from my bank are now broken, i feel the strong urge to make them correct this as per the offer they gave me. I request bank to turnoff this transaction and not charge me for the membership fees.
                                  Kindly look into it and resolve the issue.

                                    I have forgotten my credit card pin. Plz help me in regeneration of pin as early as possible. Actually i didnot use my credit card till now from august 2018. Now i wanted to use but i dont have pin. I tried all methods.. Like atm.. Calling customer care number.. Etc all these r asking the old pin.. Which i dont have.                                         Dear concern,

                                        I applied for hdfc credit card 4 months ago and the agent assured me this card will be life time free after 3 mobile recharge of rs 100 and i paid 100 for next 3 months to make it life time free.

                                        But in the next month bank send me a bill of 1070 as annual charge.

                                        And then i make a complaint of it several time but every time bank denied for reversal of annual charge.

                                        Now the bank forcing me to pay another rs 1070 without any uses.

                                        My complaint reference number are: [protected] and [protected].

                                        Concern 1: why bank agent making fool customer if bank not provide life time free card and who is responsible for that either bank or customer.

                                        Concern 2: i want to block that card completely because i did not use this card till now but bank denied.

                                        Please help me.
